After church on Sunday we usually stop in for breakfast burritos at either the 11th Ave location or the one out in Centerplace. Today we decided on 11th Ave. The young men who are usually there were nice and accommodating as usual. But there was someone we didn’t recognize at the register. Granted, it was 10:40 am on a Sunday, and their menu clearly states breakfast served until 10:30, but we didn’t think about the time until we were there. They still had all the breakfast stuff out - eggs, potatoes, chorizo, bacon, chicken … but the young men were told they couldn’t mix anything from the lunch menu for our burritos, which we were not looking for anyway. When my husband asked for chorizo he was gruffly told by this man that that was not available, nor was the bacon! Once we had our burritos he then proceeded to charge us $35 for three small breakfast burritos. We questioned the amount and was then charged the correct amount $18. I included a tip, geared mainly for the young men who always serve us with kindness. We will not be returning to the 11th...

He scooped about fifteen beans into my bowl as they were out of black beans and I had to ask for pinto beans to compensate. I asked for fajita veggies and got a skimpy scoop of them in my bowl. I asked for the habañero salsa and it was almost bone dry -- he scraped a nickel's worth into my bowl. Pickled jalapeños came next and I think I got 3. Next came guacamole and I got about a teaspoon. I checked out and noticed my bowl was leaking. They didn't put the lid on right, and to make matters worse, they had given me two lids -- sloppy. It got worse -- I walked over to the silverware and there were no spoons. When I removed the lid in my car, it spilled tortilla soup all over my towel. Last but not least, there were no tortilla strips in my tortilla soup. It's been a while since I visited this Qdoba restaurant, and it left me wondering if I would ever return. Huge...
Read moreCame in the other night with my husband and was very disappointed. The on shift manager/lead was very rude along with the other line worker. I have worked at this Qdoba and a different for years before qnd was told this night that i wasn't allowed to have plain white rice because I don't like the cilantro lime option and when I let the line server know that everyone has always done it for me, she had the nerve to laugh and then ask me who's all done this and the shift lead told me corporate made it a new rule that you can't have plain white rice that it has to be the line rice only..and I asked when that changed and she had no answer for me then... very rude staff and doesn't meet the customers wants for their own food and it's not like it's a outrageous request... they had plain white rice made in the hotbox and like I said I use to always make my customers happy and have never been told no at this location or any others over rice...
