McDonald's — Restaurant in Green Bay

Why did I dislike the place.....hope you have a moment.

Me and my fiancé ordered: 2x Mc Doubles 2x Mc Chickens 1x Large fry 1x Bacon ranch wrap w/ crispy chicken 1x Medium fry 1x Mc Cafe (caramel mocha something) 1x Large Coke

We pulled up and they double checked the order. We agreed they were correct and paid. We pulled up and waited for several minutes at a window. First I started off with them trying to give us the wrong drinks at the window. Twice. Then we are asked to move forward to a reserved spot to wait for our food.

Ten minutes go by and they bring the absolute wrong meal out to our car. 2 happy meals and 3 large bags of food is a bit much for the two of us. Then 20 more minutes go by and nothing. Meanwhile everyone and their brother is getting their meals from the window and leaving.

So I decided to go in and say something to the manager and figure out what is going on. The teenage girl who is on the empty register looks thrilled to be there. I ask for the manager. She points over her shoulder and states that he's in the back somewhere. Then goes back to doing nothing.

I finally get the managers attention no help from the girl. I explain to him what's going on. He apologizes and then runs off and comes back with a certificate for two free value meals. He asks the staff what happened to our meals. He finds out that our order was.......voided out!

They voided out our order and then left us sitting out there. They just completely blew us off and forgot about us. He makes up our meal for us right away and apologizes profusely for the mistake.

I would give this place no stars if it wasn't for the manager and caring and doing what he could to resolve this issue. Still though the visit there and the service was horrible. I will not go there again unless I have the time to go in and make sure my order...

Ordered 4 ice creams. One ice cream my brother had ordered NO cone, just ice cream in a cup. The man on the speaker said "ok" and changed one to "add paper cup" My brother repeated, "no cone, please. Just ice cream in a cup" man says, "yes, ice cream cone in a cup" My brother repeated AGAIN, NO cone. Man says "yes, ice cream cone in a cup" We go to the window and literally watch this woman making the ice cream put an ice cream CONE, with the ice cream, upside down in a paper drink cup. She hands us the ice creams and my brother hands his back to her, saying "I asked for no cone" and she looks at the screen. She says with attitude, "well, that's not what it says on the screen. It says add a paper cup." Now, I'm in the passenger seat. I raised my voice slightly so she could hear me, and I said, "Yes, but he repeated himself 3 times and the employee didn't listen." She gets defensive and angrily says back to me, "Ok, Ok, I don't need all of this yelling and attitude." I said I was NOT angry and she shut the window. She gets my brother his ice cream IN A CUP that he asked for, with no cone, and my brother says "thank you, sorry about that. Have a good night." And she just says, "Yeah."

Honestly, disgusting behavior. Good ice...

This was hands down the worst mc dons experience I've had. Sat in line forever, sat at order board forever before someone came on, (SIX cars went through the other Lane before we were even greeted.), I placed order and she didn't enter anything but 1 drink, was told they couldn't make a mixed soda(I get half and half everywhere else no issues.) Then she put 2 small sodas instead of a large but still charged for both. When I said if it was a dollar each make them larges not smalls she made a fuss, we pulled ahead 3rd in line for pick up window...sat there for another 5min got to window and watched employee stare at order screen doing nothing for 3min, another employee walked over and put our 4drinks in a carrier and pushed 1st girl out of the way to give us our drinks. 2of them didn't even have covers pushed on the cup. Cups were only filled 3/4full. Our order was 3med fries, a cookie tote and 3 lg sodas (4 now because they couldn't mix two meds into a large cup). I watched 7 vehicles pull away with out ordering because of the time they sat in line. Horrid. Won't go back to this location ever. North Webster Ave, gb,wi by bay beach. On a positive note our food was hot, correct and we got napkins...
