So I did a mobile order for the first time at the very busy Green Bay Radisson St. location. It’s a 15 mile trip. Thinking it would be ready when I arrived. I got there, parked in the mobile order parking spot, went to window to let them know I was there to pick up my order and gave them the order name. I’m told to get back in line, behind even more cars. I let them know again that I have a mobile order and I’m told to “pull ahead”, I confirmed that I could pull ahead and the associate said yes. I was still reasonably calm at this point. When I place non mobile orders, I’ve never been told to pull ahead, so in my mind it meant go out of the “normal” ordering line to the designated curb side/mobile order parking spot. My Wendy’s app message shows “ your food is ready now all we need is you. Come on in and get your food”. I park in that mobile order area.. again. The sign says “dining room is temporarily closed” so I went to the order window to pick my food up. I finally got to the window after the truck driver had received his order. I let them know I had a mobile order, for the 3rd time now, I was told once again, by the person who claimed to be the manager, to get back in line. I asked for my order, she said it won’t be made until I get to the window. I’m at the window…. Cars were honking horns, people yelling at me and she tells me I’m disrupting her sales and she has to email IT to get permission for something unintelligible then announced “you can stand there all day if you want to”. I said I just wanted the order I placed 30 something minutes ago. It was ugly, she was disrespectful. There were quite a few associates in that area, so there was no obvious shortage of staff. Perhaps you need to remove the inconvenient mobile ordering part of the app. It clearly does not work. Even removing the mobile order parking sign would make some sense if there is nowhere to pick up your order. Needless to say, this was a horrible situation and for me, I will surely let people know not to use this app or this location. The manager obviously was a manager by title only and had no basic...
Read moreWas the second car to pull up to drive thru at 9:50 pm and I usually have a LOT of grace when it comes to retail or food industry employees, but after when announcing that I had a mobile order I sat at the first window with no one to come hand me my receipt or to tell me to head to the second window. By then the first car had already taken off. Even after I had gotten their attention and proceeded to the next window it took them another 2 minutes before they had came to hand me anything. Then they proceed to tell me to pull ahead because they had to wait on my food. My order? 3 crispy chicken sandwiches and a frosty. I then proceed to wait an additional 7 minutes after that to then receive my order, after 3 cars were already served after me. The employee who handed me my order didn't seem to have any sense or urgency and didn't even offer an apology for the ridiculous wait time and lack of service.
Update : They didn’t even get my order right. How do you mess up that bad on a mobile order? I would be more than understanding if they were slammed but I was the only individual there for an extended period. Not everyone is eager to work in the food industry I understand that and I’ve worked it myself but this is why people who work in these industries get a bad rapport. Avoid this place in the later hours of...

My girl and I drove up to GB for a meeting, and we decided to get some grub on our way through, so we stopped here.
We were in a pretty good mood, until the drive through lady met us with an attitude.
It started when my girl asked if a drink on an order could be substituted with a frosty, which is something she always does, every single time. She was told due to company policy she wasn’t allowed to do that, with a stern reply. We were more surprised than anything that we were met with that kind of mood.
Drove up, she handed us our food, without a word, and lastly she said ‘haveagreatdaybye’ and closed the window. Again, in no friendly nor considerable manner close to basic customer service. Checked our meals, and my girl was missing part of her order. Wether it was purposely or not, who knows.
I understand we are going through some times in our society, but it’s not a reason to have an attitude towards your customers. Specially towards two individuals who have years in the customer service/ culinary industry.
Dear lady working drive through,
Change that attitude up. It’s not worth anyone’s time, specially those who keep you...
