A. Papano's Pizza — Restaurant in Green Lake Township

My husband and I decided to give them another chance after a few years of not ordering from them. Last night we ordered 65.00 dollars worth of food that was delivered to our home. When we opened up the box of pizza and realized that only 1/2 of the pizza had cheese on it. I called the store to bring it to their attention and the nice girl on the phone apologized for the inconvenience and that she would have them make another pizza the correct way and would have it delivered to us. After waiting for over an hour and no pizza, I called them back. This time not so nice of an employee answered the phone and told us that the Manager on Duty decided that they we not going to make us another pizza. No call from them. I had to call. When I told them we had pictures of the pizza he told me to post them on social media. I swear you can't make this stuff up. We tried not to be those people who bash bad customer service on the internet but they have left us not alternatives. Sometimes giving business's a second chance is not worth it at all. Shame on management and ownership for allowing this to happen!!!...

Our family orders from papanos Pizza here in our town of Interlochen at least once every two weeks. Their pizza is absolutely delicious and it never disappoints! They also have some great deals which are offered daily through their app which include a deal that is $20 for one large two topping pizza along with a small order of breadsticks for $20! This is my small families-fav deal! My small family consists of- (2 adults and one small child of almost 4 years of age)

Another deal they offer daily is a two medium two tapping pizzas which I believe comes to $25 total. THEY ALSO DO OFFER A REWARDS PROGRAM SO FOR EVERY DOLLAR YOU SPEND THROUGH THE APP YOU ARE ACCUMULATING REWARD POINTS AND ONCE YOU REACH A CERTAIN NUMBER OF POINTS YOU GET $5 OFF YOUR NEXT ORDER! BOTTOM LINE IS THAT YES IT IS VERY CONVENIENT FOR OUR FAMILY TO ORDER FROM ONE OF THE ONLY TWO OR THREE OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS HERE IN INTERLOCHEN, WHERE WE LIVE. Not to mention that this pizza is absolutely delicious!! And adding flavored crust to any pizza such as butter parmesan & garlic are generally offered at no extra charge to...

Very disappointed....called to order a pizza for delivery at 830 and I've ordered at this time before, and never had a problem but now they apparently are no longer doing deliveries past 830 during the "winter" but it is almost 50 degrees out. And apparently they are closing at "ummmmmmm 9ish oh wait 930 during the winter now because it's a new thing and they have to stay in the store"...granted EVERYWHERE still states they are open until 10.....I could understand the deliveries being cut off if it's bad weather/winter storm but it's not bad out at all.....that's verbatim what the guy said to me along with suggesting I pickup my own pizza.....there's a reason I call for a delivery service especially since I'm under 4 miles away.

Looks like they will be losing a long time loyal customer if they don't get their ducks in a row. More than disappointed...
