I’d never been to this particular location. But it’s near home and has its own parking lot, so it seemed like a good one to try. We visited one busy weekend morning. Luckily it was just early enough to not have a terrible wait. They told us twenty minutes for a family of four, but it ended up only being about five.
We ordered a few different things to share. The chickichanga was something I had tried once and remembered liking, so hubby and I ordered that to share. So glad we did because it was awesome - definitely a favorite I’ll return to again! We also got banana granola pancakes and a waffle for the table. The bites of pancake with the caramelized granola were the best! But I think I liked the waffle even better - it was amazingly fluffy and absorbed the butter and syrup in the most perfect way. We also made sure to get a side of Goetta. It’s actually not listed on the menu, but I saw a plate of it delivered to another table and asked about getting one for us.
This location is one we would return to. Thanks to all the friendly...
Read more$$$$ be financially ready, Real nice opportunity Monday morning to stop in with my lovely bride as we sat and talked about the future growing old together and spending so much time with each other. The food was great just ordered eggs extra cold bacon and toast. Nice breakfast diner would like it if they were more booths that were comfortable and cozy but I understand all the seating can get people in and out fast. Just one drawback holy smoke the price was through the roof my wife had two eggs scrambled bacon and sausage with a coffee I had three eggs over easy extra bacon and coffee with a side of toast and it was with tip $55. Inflation does not explain this insane price. Seriously five single eggs if they were a dollar each would be five dollars Coffee literally not that much because it wasn’t that good bacon and sausage give it another five dollars. That’s $10 retail price and you charge $55? Holy smoke I have never paid that much for a simple breakfast in my entire life and probably...
Read moreI have gone to Firstwatch since it opened!! I instantly fell in love with the open face Chicken salad sandwich..Its like no other!!! Its the only thing I would EVER eat even if I was there for breakfast!! Even after adapting to a Keto Lifestyle I would still go for my favorite lunch and break my carb fast...I took my son the other day only to find my fav was removed from the menu...I am crushed...I immediately asked if it was a weak seller...The response was NO, I served several EVERY DAY!!! While I know it sounds petty, but Im not sure I'll return...I understand that some of the ingredients might be summer forward, and difficult to get off season, but why wouldn't the company choose to make it a summer item...There are many places that do that... Im terribly disappointed in that it's the ONLY item that was removed from the menu.. So sad to see it go!! Time to find another place to call...
