Hoshi — Restaurant in Green Tree

We live right by the headquarters on noblestown rd and we always stop when they have the truck open there. They’re very kind and we always have good conversation when we stop by, and even if they are there and we don’t stop they wave to us lol. Idk why there’s so many reviews saying it’s bland when it’s truly not. Hibachi itself isn’t crazy flavorful, it’s just food cooked on a flat grill lol. It’s always been good for us & at a good price considering there’s another well known hibachi place in the area that charges over double what they do and always makes me sick and rush home. the ONLYYY thing is i wish their yum yum sauce was thicker. otherwise it’s really good and worth the 14-18 dollars, and they load your togo container...

Hoshi Pgh exhibited poor communication and disregard after committing to an event 4 months in advance and then canceling 5 days before the event was to occur, and only when the event coordinator reached out for further information. This was inconsiderate to the event planners and to the customers expecting their participation. This is certainly not a good...

So I tried the Hoshi truck at Trax during the fall festival. Honestly I was shocked at how disappointed I was with my meal. They had ran out of rice so noodles was the only option which I had no issue with but the food was pretty bland and steak slightly overcooked. Out of all the hibachi I've ever had this one unfortunately is at the very bottom...
