I placed an order for pick up. After I got home I realized that I did not have one of my pizzas. My wife called the store, and explained this to the person who answered the phone. He looked and said that the pizza was there. We explained that we would like to have the pizza refunded, and we waited for close to 15 minutes to talk to the manager. My wife explained what happened and asked the manager for a refund (we had spent over $50 that night on pizza). The manager said she was looking at my order and there was no pizza like that one my order. My wife had placed the order online and so she had a copy of the receipt and reviewed it with the manager, along with the price for all items, including the pizza we did not get. The manager continued to say that we had not ordered that pizza. When my wife shared that the person who answered the phone said it was there, the manager stated that it was NOT there and that she is the manager and she did not know who had said that. My wife asked again to be refunded and the manager explained it was policy of the store owner not to refund money, but to give a credit. She was willing to give a credit of $10 to our Dominos account, but that did not cover the cost of the pizza. I understand that we were in error for not making sure that we picked up all of our items at the store. What we are upset about is how the issue was handled. When I have a receipt that shows what I ordered and had already paid for (paid for it online), I don't understand why the manager continued to say I had not ordered the pizza. Read moreI hate leaving bad reviews, but I moved to the delivery area of this store a little over a year ago. Everything was cool at first; the food was good and delivered on time, but for at least the last 9 months literally every time I order now I don't get the order at all. I waited till around 20-40 minutes AFTER the estimated delivery time to call, and they've told me they're having staff issues; one time they said they didn't have a delivery person (but they didn't contact me) and the past two times (months apart) I've been told that they're behind and don't know when they can deliver the pizza. One guy told me that the manager was making the pizza and she's super slow. I told them once that I could wait another hour, but they said they couldn't guarantee that it could be done within the next hour (which was literally a whole hour after when it was supposed to be delivered, but I don't think there's any other place that delivers wings.) Oh, and they said they hadn't even started making it yet. Again, this was after it was supposed to have already been delivered. I went from getting Domino's almost weekly (sometimes more, because I love their wings) to never unless I'm at someone else's place. I don't know if they're horrible to their staff, so people keep quitting or if they're lying... I've literally never had that happen anywhere else or at...
Read moreWe ordered last night and the worker was extremely rude. He didn’t want to take the order and was extremely annoyed we asked for delivery. He said it would be at least an hour as he was trying to convince us to pick up instead. We waited over an hour then called to check on the order. We were told they were working on it. After another hour we chalked it up as a loss. My husband found our bank account had been credited already this morning but we still wanted to address the matter with the manager. The first worker he spoke to was again very rude and hung up on him. The manager then called my husband back, told him they never got our order and told him there was no way our bank account could have been credited that quickly.
