7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Greenacres

And lo, I found not three baristas, but three radiant stars, whose names shall echo in my memory as sweetly as Orpheus’ lyre: Anna, Emma, and Abby.

I feel so disgusted and embarrassed. I was ordering my drink and I have to edit specific things due to my allergies and while I’m waiting at the window for my order, I hear some employees making fun and giggling at my order; The one talking and laughing most was on the shorter side, wears glasses, and had her hair in a bun. I already feel embarrassed having to change around my order all the time and this definitely didn’t make me feel better. And to add onto the shorter woman, she was NONSTOP scratching her head near the food, I saw white flakes falling out of her hair AND it wasn’t only her, other employees were scratching their hair constantly throughout the 4 minutes I was there, PLEASE do a lice check. Not to mention my drink not even tasting good; I don’t even think they payed attention to my request of almond milk because I ended up in the bathroom immediately after drinking it; (TMI) I haven’t had this bad of diarrhea since before I was told I had lactose intolerance. No it to mention how miserable the workers looked outside, I couldn’t help but feel horrible— they looked almost lifeless and I swear the amount of sweating they were doing was taking years off their lives. This place was miserable and was honestly such a clown house; the people working inside were rude and the people working outside looked like they were dying. Terrible, just terrible, service was so rushed, the girl who took my order didn’t know how to put the order through. Then the second girl who charged me and my fiancé was so UNPROFESSIONAL. Completely ignored me and proceeded to flirt with him for which I can only assume was a better tip. Got super close to the car to the point that she was almost leaning on our window, not to mention the overly personal questions that were being asked from her if this was done by a male employee it would have been called sexual harassment. Most definitely not just friendly conversation whatsoever. Not only that but they made one of our drinks wrong and we had to go back and service was EXTREMELY rushed and they were whispering and looking at us as we were waiting for our drink to be fixed. This is the third 7 brew location I’ve visited and needless to say I will not be returning or recommending this location to anyone.
