update:They must have changed the cook because the deep haitian patties are not made to order(not crispy and greasy) and the patties are not good as they use to be. The ground beef looks dirty on the inside. i will not be back there again, prior this visit I haven't been there in a few months due to bad customer service on the front end. Where do I start… My husband and I just moved back to Boynton a month ago temporarily. We live less than 5 mins away from this little gem. We can’t get away from it. We eat at GSJ Bon Bistro at least 3 x a week. They are consistent in everything, so we go consistently.😄 Best not just Haitian food, but best food.
