Worst chick fil an experience I’ve ever had. The whole point of ordering ahead is to make it simple and speed up the process, right? Not the case with my order at this chick fil a. First, there was a person who went in the mobile order lane and needed to start their order (for which there’s another lane). Then, a chick fil employee was blocking the drive through lane pressure washing in the middle of the drive through operation blocking the movement of cars. After waiting for the pressure washing guy I was able to pull up behind the car who had previously been in the wrong lane. It seemed her order did not go smoothly. An employee appeared to hand her one shake, but she signaled it was meant to be two. This whole process took more than 15 mins in this since I arrived and scanned the QR code in the mobil order lane. And still, I did not get my order. Due to the process not moving along, I had to leave without my order. Came by the chick fil a later that day to request a reimbursement. They say that I would receive one automatically in 2-3 business days and nothing further could be done. Not even an apology. I never received said automatic...
Read moreThis Chick-fil-A disappoints me every single time I visit. It’s a drive-thru only location, so I expected quick service but the line is always long and incredibly slow. What really frustrated me today was that I decided to give them another chance since it was on my way home. First I was being given the wrong order and when I told the server I didn’t need the large plastic bag, she seemed visibly annoyed. I’m trying to be environmentally conscious, I don’t need a huge plastic bag just to sit in my car. She rolled her eyes, looked at another employee, and repeated in a sarcastic tone, “She doesn’t need the big bag,” as if it was a huge inconvenience.

I know they close at 10pm, but the app still allowed me to order, so I assumed they were still taking orders. My brother was already on the way to pick it up for me, and unfortunately, I scanned the code 1 MINUTE late. Then it said, “the restaurant is closed, your card was not charged.” Well, yes it was charged in fact! My brother was still stuck in a very long, slow line, and when he got to the pickup, they said they cancelled the order because it was 10pm. He told them the card was already charged and asked if they could still give us the food, and they said no. I work in customer service too, so I understand how frustrating last-minute orders can be.
