If I could rate nothing I WOULD!! TODAY I WENT TO 6014 S Military Trail, Lake Worth, FL 33463 I WAS TOLD I AM NOT A CUSTOMER ONLY BECAUSE I ORDER AND ICE COFFEE IN THE MORNING JUST TO GET TO WORK TO SEE THAT IT DOES NOT TASTE LIKE THE USUAL, I WENT BACK TO THAT LOCATION AFTER I GOT OFF JUST TO BE TOLD I COULDN'T GET A REFUND, MIND U THE MORNING STAFF FAILED TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT. WHEN I ASKED THE SO CALL "MANAGER" ON DUTY FOR THE NAME OF THE OTHER MANAGER THAT RAN MORNING SHIFT SHE TOLD ME SHE DIDNT KNOW HER NAME ,WHEN I ASKED HER TO CHECK SHE SAID SHE DIDNT HAVE TIME FOR THAT, I WAS THROWN UNDER THE RUG LIKE I WAS BEGGING FOR FOOD!😭 NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD TO DEGRADE MY PERSONALITY OR BE EMBARRASSED OVER $3. THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE All 4 OF THEM THAT WORKED THE SUNDAY 02/02/2020 SHIFT !!! I OVER HEARD THE STAFF TELLING THE ONLY PERSON WHO WAS TRYING TO ACKNOWLEDGE ME THAT HE SHOULD IGNORE ME . THEY CALLED THE COPS. YES I DID REFUSE TO LEAVE BEACUSE AT THE END OF THE DAY I WASNT GETTING THE INFORMATION THAT I NEED OR THE HELP.IF I DIDN'T HAVE THAT $3 PLUS CHANGE I WOULD OF NEVER GOT SERVICED TO BEGIN WITH I WAS TOLD I CAN NOT GET A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT DRINK AND THAT I SHOULD RETURN WHEN THE MORNING CREW IS WORKING. I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but the last SIX times I’ve been here they’ve screwed my order up so badly. It’s my fault for not checking the bag when leaving but today’s mess was the straw for me. I will not be returning to this location until they completely hire new staff. The 3 cars in front me ALL had to hand back their orders so I should have taken that hint. Today I ordered 2 iced coffee and 1 hot. The shift leader was working the window and handed up 2 hot coffees and 1 iced. We handed back one of the hot and let her know this was incorrect. She then proceeded to try to hand it back to us saying she wouldn’t take it back. When she finally took it from me she gave it back to us iced. Unfortunately the “coffee”was anything but coffee. Was just water, ice, sugar, & milk. While sitting in the car my wife took a bite of the stuffed bagel which was toasted on the outside but completely frozen on the inside. We then handed those back and she again said she wouldn’t take them back until we made an issue of it. She “reheated them” just to give it to us burnt (black) and still frozen on the inside with a brilliantly grotesque attitude. They were so foul I ended up tossing them in the garbage. Ordered my usual this morning, a Matcha Iced latte with (ALMOND) milk. Which is the ONLY way I ever order it, just to be disrespected by Shanja or Shaila?? I’m not sure her exact name, but she wasn’t even the person at the window helping me. I noticed my drink without a sticker so I asked Raj (the guy in the window) if they had made it correct & when he said they did not, he informed me that I was not charged correctly.. That’s when I handed him the drink & my card so that it can be fixed, and that’s when Shanya/Shanja/Shaila approached the window to ARGUE back that I had not ordered it that way.. and so we went back & forth before I made it clear that before our encounter I believed it was a honest mistake on her part, but that DID NOT give her any right to begin disrespecting me. Who yells at other people over their drink order? As sometime who has worked in the fast food/service industry, I CANNOT understand why she would address me, let alone YELL at me thru the window over a drink order that I am 100% sure I made.
