Glazed summary: positives--the drive thru is convenient, the service is very kind, the donuts are good and prices are ok! Negatives: the entrance from the turn lane is rough during the morning rush coming from Conway. Bubble tea is extremely disappointing for as big a sign is as is out front. Here's what could be improved: #1 THE STRAW...there are two sized boba straws and this is the smaller of the two. This is only a problem because it means that the popping boba pops BEFORE it gets to your mouth. The sharp straw pops it so you just get the empty skins. #2 THE ICE... Boba ice should be small so that the toppings are better distributed as you drink. #3 SELECTION...it would be nice to just have plain tea as an option as some people don't want milk teas. I'LL LEAVE it THERE, HONESTLY the first two wold get me to come back and have another. And leave...

The Bubble tea needs a bigger boba straw as the popping boba can't fit in the current straw, so you end up with a mouth full of skins, which is the opposite of why you buy the experience. Also, the ice is big cubes like from your own fridge...small ice is imperative for evenly distributing the toppings. There are other things that are improvable but these two are 80% of why I didn't enjoy my drink. I'd add another star for these two fixes alone. Also, You might think I'm being difficult but the giant sign out front that said bubble tea got me to stop, so The advertising hyped me up, then the product...

Not impressed!! I have been to this location a few times trying to give them multiple opportunities. The first experience they were out of multiple choices on their menu, second try the line was wrapped around the building waited for 30 min and made it 2 cars and decided that I would be there for an hour or longer to get a donut so I left, the third and final attempt my wife brought me donuts to work and they were horrible donuts and the worst sausage roll I have ever eaten. Obviously many people like this place with the line I experienced on visit 2 but not my favorite and we will not be returning due to slow service...
