I was looking for something different for lunch. I love burgers and fast food but I've had that the last few days. Southern Hibachi Express caught my attention. I was raised in Hawaii and love Hibachi cooking. I got the chicken and shrimp combo. The flavor was outstanding. The chicken was tender and juicy. The shrimp were tender with a slight Hibachi char on them. The flavoring sauce was very tasty. The veggies were tender and delicious. All with a very generous portion of fried rice. The takeout container would barely close there was so much food. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely...

Absolutely delicious!!! Saw this food truck while driving through town and read the reviews so had to stop and test it out....Had 1 Steak & 1 Shrimp Hibachi plate and it was full of flavor!! I only wish they would have put more steak meat, not enough steak. Shrimp was cooked perfect and flavorful. Prices are reasonable. Can't wait to come by here next time we're in town!! Would highly...

What an unexpected food truck. We were traveling through town with our dog and this seemed WAY better than big chain drive thru. We were not disappointed.

The menu is limited … but honestly, who needs 5000 choices? Fed 2 adults with drinks for $23. One got full and couldn’t even eat it all.
