Stopped here on a return trip from scout camp with two adults and three teenage boys: two wrong orders, one extra order, one delayed order. Two menu items on write-on menu board unavailable by 11 am on Sunday. Owner apologized, but it's still a poor first impression. Price for food is okay. Food itself is commendable alternative to equivalent franchise operations; the portions were smaller but tastier, so probably better for the waistline. Dining area is small. Children in owner's charge occupied a portion of the dining area (very well behaved children - kids themselves were fine). Toilet bowl not clean, toilet room cluttered. Might be alright as a drive-through operation, but it wouldn't take a very strong competitor to put this place out-of-business.
Worth a try if you want to support a local business and escape the franchise operations, but it's not yet up to the standard necessary to compete with a Starbucks...
Read moreCoffee is great but staff at the drive through need to be better trained. I’ve driven through 3 times with a filled punch card and asked about redeeming it, and every time they tell me I need to check my balance after I pay. When it says I have 13 punches (10= a free coffee) they tell me I can use it next time. I said but I asked you about using it this time. They reply that once I’ve paid they don’t know how to change it. But when I asked before placing my order, they didn’t know how to determine if I had a free cup coming until after I pay. It’s a vicious cycle. I don’t guess I’ll ever get to redeem my punch for a free coffee!🤷♀️...

On my visit today, I'm starting to question the integrity of the young lady who served me. The price I payed today was a huge spike from my visit yesterday on 04/01. Today my total was $5.91 but it was $4.79 yesterday. Despite the petty greed, I still left a tip. But situations like this make me sick to my soul. It's...
