Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Greenbrier

I want to begin this review by saying I'm a loyal Sonic customer. I think for the price, they serve the best fast food around. I went to the Greenbrier Sonic and ordered a #1 combo meal WITH mustard, cheese , bacon & jalapeños. After a few minutes the carhop brought my food out and read my order back before handing me the food. I asked, "it's got bacon too right?" She said no it doesn't. She offered to take it back and have them put bacon on it. I let her take it back. 10 Minutes later she showed up and said "they added the bacon." I opened my burger and all it had was cheese and jalapeños! No bacon, no lettuce, no pickles, tomatoes or onions. I ate it anyway since it was already cold. I called the carhop back and told her "still no bacon" and she apologized profusely!

ITS NOT HER FAULT!! She still got a tip. My daughter used to work there when she was in high school and I know how much those carhops rely on the tips. I forgot to mention I had to repeat my order 2 more times to the girl taking the order. Again, I LOVE SONIC!! But you guys HAVE to do better or you will lose a...

We have waited over 45 mins for food. Our order was messed up numerous times, they had to physically come outside to try and take our order twice. Maybe they were having technical difficulties but not once were we told sorry or any kind of apology. Then when we got our food, nothing was fresh. And the many times I have came it is very very rarely fresh. 90% of the time when I come to get a cheeseburger, it doesn’t have cheese on it. And then when I ask for cheese, they will take my burger inside and put a cold peice of cheese on it. Making my already not fresh burger even colder. I’ve gotten the tator tots with cheese numerous times bc I love them, and only once have they been actually edible. They are usually so old and greasy they taste soggy and cold. I’m only writing this bc I love sonic and I hope the management sees it to do something about it. Sonic is great when ran properly. Heber and Quitman sonic are the absolute best and it would be awesome if we had one...

I cannot express how delighted I am with the exceptional service provided by Jroge at Sonic Drive-In. Almost every morning @8am, his friendly demeanor and swift service leave me truly impressed. He is the epitome of an excellent carhop, consistently rushing out orders to every customer with a smile. His dedication to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience is commendable. It's such a pleasure (he's always saying "my pleasure") to look forward to seeing Jroge bring out my food to my car each morning i make a drink stop. His efficiency, coupled with a warm and welcoming attitude (especially simce its getting colder), sets a remarkable standard for customer service.
