Brio Coffeehouse Inc — Restaurant in Greencastle

First time going to Brio Coffeehouse in Greencastle today. We made a reservation to do a tasting. We walked in and said this was our first time there and how does the tasting work. Some did the coffee flight and some did the hot chocolate flight. I thought like a wine tasting they might explain things a little more and again this was our first time there. Disappointed that my flight of hot chocolate was not explained to me what each flavor was and then the order of the flavors were not in the order she said. Overall the concept was a good , fun way to try different flavors, but thought the employees would have taken the time to interact with us while we tried the different flavors. Why make a reservation if all we did was order , sit did and drink the drinks. I guess at least I can say we tried it. Will not do that again, at...

Love this little hometown coffee shop! Absolutely gorgeous inside with ample space for sitting with your hot cup of joe or caramel macchiato. It’s a great place to catch up with friends, or cozy up to your sweet one with your hot beverage or just simply read a book or maybe pull out your laptop!

I love coming here for my coffee fix, the coffee is always very good I've never had anything bitter tasting. The atmosphere is very cozy and there's usually at least a table or two open unless it's very busy. The staff is fairly knowledgeable and friendly, however there has been one time my coffee wasn't made right and I asked if they could fix it and the girl who made it said she made it right when I saw she didn't. But the other girl on was quick to fix it for me and get me on my way. Overall I love coming to brio it's a bit pricey but the quality is very good so can't...
