A truly delightful dining experience at Café Del Sol! From start to finish, everything was outstanding — the atmosphere, the food, and the service. We started with the bao sliders as an appetizer, which were packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. For the main course, my husband had the Shrimp Pesto, and I enjoyed the California Salad — both dishes were fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. But the real showstopper? The Strawberry Tres Leches for dessert. It was heavenly — light, creamy, and bursting with strawberry goodness. The staff was warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. If you’re in the area and looking for a place with excellent food, a cozy yet vibrant ambiance, and top-tier service, I highly recommend Café Del Sol. I stopped by for lunch, my first visit since this location opened. Ordered the chicken pesto sandwich & Red Rock soup. The top of the bread of my sandwich was burnt. The soup was terrible. I have ordered this soup many times before & it’s always been my favorite—until today. It had a horrible overpowering fishy taste. Yes, I know it’s a fish soup, but it never tasted like this before. The waitress, was pleasant enough & offered to bring me a refill on my drink, but never asked how the food was. So, I had to tell her the soup didn’t taste right. She agreed & said they’ve been having trouble with that soup from the supplier. If that’s been the case, why are they still serving it? I wasn’t offered a different soup or any adjustment to my bill. I’m done...

Brand new restaurant, also a wonderful extension of the Cafe Del Sol franchise based out of Chambersburg, PA. Great to see a restaurant of this caliber in the Greencastle area. This location continues to be owner operated, and that is evident through the consistency and innovative dishes that all equally present fresh and quality ingredients. Definitely a refreshed approach to your typical pizzeria. You can indulge without the guilt by choosing to eat here. We love lunches and the dinner is also fantastic. Thanks CDS team for all you do and for enhancing the area. Can’t wait to try the new additions coming soon.
