Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! My company orders orders from this establishment all the time. 6 orders or more, separate payments and we have never had an issue until today. We get in there to make the payments for the food and the server Rachel accidentally charged a card twice for 2 separate orders. She couldn't figure out how to fix it so she called her "Manager Jessika" over to try and help. Jessika gets over there and basically states that "It's our fault for making the orders to difficult." "We called in an order to split the tickets up one way, but once we got there we now wanted two tickets put together and that is confusing." "We should call and order the way we are going to pay." "We have a restaurant full of people, so that's gonna take to much time." "We should have just went to the ATM and paid it all in cash." Along with a whole bunch of other statements that was rude and definitely unprofessional! In between her basically saying she's not willing to help the server Rachel (who is at this point is willing to give us the money from her own pocket) another server Alexis chimes in to say "Sir, you guys just made it all to difficult and confusing." 😲 We then tell her to mind her own business because she is not dealing with the problem at all. Another lady who was sitting at the bar asked Alexis if she could order now, Alexis tells her. "I asked you earlier were you ready, im not about to argue with you too."... WOW! Both girls Jessika and Alexis was rude beyond belief, and I can not truly believe the establishment would put someone like that in a managers position. Hopefully she is just a lead server and just claimed she was the manager. The girl Jessika then tell us to take the food and get out of the restaurant without fixing the money problem that they screwed up. I then stated that we will not be going anywhere until it is fixed, you guys are dealing with other people money. Yes you do have a restaurant full of people, but you also have customers who placed an order and they should get the same treatment as the customers sitting in here. Thank God for the girl Rachel who remained as calm as she could to figure things out. Give Rachel a little more training and make her the manager since she has a better understanding of customer service. Get rid of Jessika and Alexis who obviously doesn't care about customer service at all, or the restaurant. Yelling in the restaurant, arguing with a customer for their mistake, laughing about it like it wasn't a serious issue. I thought I was dealing with high school girls instead of professional servers with great customer service. We will be calling a real manager, and from here on out odering our lunch from a better, friendlier establishment! That way we can make it easier on the girls who thought the situation was just to hard and confusing. SMH. RACHEL you were AMAZING! Keep up the great work, and don't worry about the mistake, people make them all the time. It's how you deal with the mistake afterwards...
Read moreBest Diner left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t even like leaving reviews but something has to be said and I hope management does something to correct these issues. Upon arriving we sat at a booth and waited more than a few minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The first server walked over to get our drink order to which we replied “coffee, water, coke”, they didn’t bother to let us know they did not have coke and the second server came over to let us know they had Pepsi products, that’s fine and all but it shouldn’t take two servers to figure that out. When they finally brought our drinks, they forgot to bring the water I asked for….whatever, not that big of a deal. The coffee was terrible even after adding cream and sugar. When the server took our order, she wrote everything down on a guest check and then walked around the counter and dropped it by the computer and walked away. Wouldn’t you want to get that order in right away? I watched the kitchen pile plates under the heat lamp in the window and the servers didn’t even bother to look to see if the food was ready to run to tables. Our order was fairly simple, cheeseburger, fries, 3 pancakes, eggs. All of the food was particularly bland as far as taste. My fries were burnt way past “golden brown” to just “dark brown”. The burger was just okay after covering the whole thing with ketchup. The pancakes were bland and tasteless even after loaded up with syrup & butter. I kinda dreaded going up to the counter to have the server ask me how everything was and I’d have to tell her everything was terrible, but she didn’t. Read moreHad a pretty crappy experience here. Walked in, sat at a table and waited for a server to come and greet us. After about 5 minutes, a girl comes and looks beyond frazzled. She ɓarely says hi and when we ask her how she's doing, she replies ' ready to go home'. I knew in that minute alone I should've asked for a new server of left. We made the mistake of staying. We finally got all of our food after things were missing and I had to ask for them. At this point we had a coffee cup and a sweet tea glass sitting on the edge of table needing refills, we waited and waited, but no refills were offered agter 10ish minutes. So, I walked up to the front and asked for refills for the 2 cups I had in my hands. She walks by me and goes 'sorrrryyyyyyyyyyyyy' but still doesn't get refills. The owner ends up doing it for me. She then never comes back to the table to say anything, only to slide a check on the table as she's passing by. When we were done eating, I walked up to the front and she checked me out. Didn't ask how anything was, didn't say sorry for not ever coming back. But had plenty of time to stand at the register and stare at people and look miserable the whole time we were there. So, I paid $50 for a meal that was meh and terrible service. If she's having a bad day, fine. Don't let your customers see you upset, that's not a good look for the restaurant and not a way to make money. She could've made a $20 tip but instead made $5.
