Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Greensboro

I called ahead 20 minutes to order a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. The clerk answering the phone took my order, but did not take my name as usual and repeated "a pepperoni stuffed crust", and i overheard him tell someone else "one pep stuffed crust" before ending the phone call.

I then arrived at the store approximately15 minutes later and waited pariently in line around 6 minutes more, as the clerk fumbled around with the cash register (he didn't seem to know what he was doing), and then askd me "can i help yoy?". I said i ordererd a pepperoni stuffed crust and he fumbled with the cash register again for about 10 seconds and said "okay that's $9.66". I handed him $9.75 in bills and change, and he said "i don't have any penny's and i said "that's ok" and he he gave me a dime back and he completed the purchase, then said "it'll be about 15 minutes", and i told him i called the order in. The clerk went the back and talked the other person who was handling/making/cooking the pizzas, and possibly the one in charge telling him "this guy says he ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni" and i overhear the man say "nobody ordered a sruffed crust at this store".

That's when i said "i know i called store, as i always do because this is same store i always order from", and he continued saying "there's no order here." i said to him "plus i overheard you tell the other person "one stuffed pep, and i need help cause i don't know how this register works" that's when i said i want my money back!

He returned to the back and told the other person that i wanted my money back, then he returned and fumbled with register again and managed a receipt saying "here's your refund". I then told him i gave him cash and he seemed perplexed and went to talk with the other fellow who then came to the rregister, looked at the receipt, opened the register and gave me the $9.75 back and i returned the dime and i left the store.

I WAS MORE THAN DISGUSTED BECAUSE IT SEEMS THAT THIS STORE ALWAYS HAS PROBLEMS WITH ORDERS, OR SOMETHING. I HAVE HAD SOMETHING HAPPEN PERTAINING TO AN ORDER ON AT LEAST 3 OCCASIONS.

I order from this location because it is near me and they make pretty good pizzas.

I can't imagine that this only happens to me, but the owner or manager of this franchise has to understand that this is a business, and, should be run productively and more...

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered online, received my email it was ready and left to pick it up. When I got there it was a lady standing at the register waiting. Several other people standing around, waiting. No one came to the counter. Fifteen minutes go by and a woman finally appears, with an attitude and scowl on her face. She gives the lady her order and says nothing else. The lady asked for a bag and she got a whole attitude. Finally she looks at me and asks me for the order number and I give it to her. She then asked for my last name and proceeded to go to the back, and never comes back to say it's not ready, it'll be a few minutes, nothing. I now am standing at a register for another 20 minutes and finally she comes back to the register and asks me yet again the order number and my last name. I tell her again. At this point I'm pissed. I've been standing at a register for almost 45 minutes waiting for an online order that I received an email from that it's ready. And that's exactly what I said to her. She gives me this look and will not tell me anything about my pizzas. I finally said just give me a refund if they're not ready. I'm tired of standing here being ignored and then you think you can have an attitude about it. And I went off. I then get told I wasn't getting a refund nor my pizzas. The woman and I get into it and I cussed her out. And then ended up calling the police. As I'm waiting outside,she comes outside to stare me down and had someone's food just standing on the sidewalk. I tried to tell this woman what was going to happen but we ended up getting into it again. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LITTLE CAESARS EVER AGAIN. THE PEOPLE THERE ALL NEED TO BE FIRED. As far as my money goes, I will be filing a police report on her because she refused to give a refund or my pizzas. These people that work there have no business working with the public. You hate your job that much, QUIT!!!!!! In fact I'll probably never get pizza from any Little Caesars again. YOU DEFINITELY LOST MY...

Sub-par experience on our first visit to this location.

The "Hot and Ready" pizza we were unfortunate enough to leave with was undoubtedly READY when we arrived but was not, by any means, HOT. Said pizza was, however disappointingly, both cooled to the point that the cheese had finished congealing atop the product and had, in doing so, taken on both an unappetizing taste & appearance as well as structurally metamorphosing into something more akin to raw rubber than the foodstuff it was - or so I presume, at any rate - initially intended to be.

While I cannot - definitively - say that the intestinal distress with which I was forced to attempt to deal (what seemed to me to be a rather suspiciously short time period) later is indisputably linked to the consumption of the product in question...I can, at least to my own personal satisfaction, make enough of a tentative-yet-reasonable connection between the two parts to suspect a direct correlation does, in fact, exist in that regard.

I will, instead of gambling on another terrible experience at this particular location, drive just a little farther down the road and be a patron to a different Little Caesars franchise entirely (*of which, thankfully, there are a great many more from which to choose).

Disappointing and unsatisfactory experience:

In fact, it would be not only 'entirely fair' but also 'wholly accurate' to say that the reported interaction really & truly did manage to "...leave a bad taste in my mouth..." - not just in a loose/vague proverbial sense, but equally in a very tangible/specific literal sense, as well.

SCORE: C+/- (*a grade which might be somewhat overly-generous and so is, in turn, only awarded with this Reviewer's slight hesitancy...
