Previously, I had this as a 5 star , however my experience recently changed that. I drove up told them I had 2 orders. Placed the first , then the second. Upon getting the seconds total I asked the worker if she got an extra side I ordered and she responded " yes I did" . So I paid and moved forward. Upon getting my food the young girl at the window was seemingly annoyed. We got the first order and when I got the second order, I looked it Over as well and it was IN FACT missing the extra side I ordered. I told her it was missing and her response was " no its not, it is said item with the combo" to which I responded " no hun that isn't what I ordered." I explained what I ordered so she not only charged me for the upcharged item I didn't order, but then charged me for the item I originally asked the previous girl to make sure she placed with my order. So now I'm double charged and have one size I didnt want. So I asked the girl if she could relay my issue to her manager amd she was like "yeah I will ", I sat there and I was like "okay do you mind telling her " again she was like "yeah I'll let her know " , I said " no like now. Why would I want to drive off " I said " where is the manager?" SHE WAS LITERALLY STANDING BESIDE THIS OBVIOUSLY ANNOYED GIRL !!! I was like are you serious. So the "manager " caught what we were saying and was like"oh what's going on etc etc ," I explained so she then refunded me a total 2.00 . Im sorry to some it isn't worth it but I'm a single mother of 2 and I was double charged and then had one item a charge I didn't want, then had to pay for something I confirmed with the order taker and was told they had it and did not. To me I should not have had to pay for either of their mistakes or over charges . I try to give my children good quality fast food when we can afford it and I just don't think that was okay . I really hope the girl at the window understands some people are on a tight budget and doesn't get irritated at concerns by customers and that managers take responsibility for the ENTIRETY of the charges that were not ours in the...

For the past school year we have made a stop here a weekly dinner after one of my daughter's activities. She loves it and we have come to expect great, accurate service from the Chick-fil-A brand.
The past two or three months however, have been a serious exception. Recently the service at this location has been absolutely abysmal. I've come to expect a 20 minute wait in the drive thru (so not really "fast food" anymore), but more importantly, EVERY SINGLE WEEK they screw up our order now. Usually it is something like ice in drinks that specify no ice (pretty much every week) but also I've gotten 12 count nuggets that have only 9 or 10 nuggets, sandwiches with missing items (bacon, cheese, etc. which I pay extra for), missing fries (whole containers), etc. I could understand a mistake here or there (though thats never been my experience of Chick-fil-A) but I use mobile ordering every time so there are no miscommunications due to bad intercoms or loud working conditions.
Lastly, the employees at the drive thru window have on several occasions recently, been rude and very distracted (joking around with coworkers instead of focusing on customers).
I've filed several complaints with corporate but haven't been reimbursed for my missing items. I usually get a voicemail from the local store but always end up playing phone tag until I give up. I've detailed each and every issue in my online contacts so it isnt like the store is unaware and needs me to re-tell the story.
This is every Tuesday night so maybe it's just a particular shift but I'm so utterly fed up with this that I'm going to start going to another location farther away because it doesnt seem like this store is interested in fixing these issues unfortunately. Read moreVisiting from Arizona came to this location. I had the most horrible disappointing experience ever. Will never step foot in a chick-fil-a again. Never felt so discriminated. Walk in with all my family and immediately receive disgusting looks from the foh members no greeting . We start ordering and and is not even looking at us or making eye contact they are distracted doing other things and we repeat our order over and over. I suspect they were a manager because they had a different uniform by the name Kevin. My siblings are lactose intolerant therefore no cheese was asked for. They delivered everyone’s meals to their tables except us. We went to front counter and they looked at us up and down multiple times. We noticed the salad 🥗 had cheese so we go back and asked for it to be remade and they ask us to see the receipt because it was not on there. Even though we told the person taking orders. They told us if we wanted it to be remade we would have to pay. Different employees talked to us if I remember correctly her name was Wandra. So we just picked out the cheese. Then we want to ask for dipping sauce since none was given and they said they charge 25¢ per container. Every time they spoke to us they were snotty and rude. We could see the members looking at us and whispering amongst themselves. Definitely will never be visiting this location.
