I’ve given this Chipotle more chances than I care to admit — but after tonight, I’m officially done. This location has been open for over a year and a half now, and somehow it’s still consistently one of the worst fast-casual dining experiences imaginable. I stopped coming here about nine months ago after repeated terrible experiences, but due to the convenience of its location and my schedule today, I figured I’d give them another shot. Maybe they were under new management or had finally cleaned up their act. Boy, was I wrong.
First off — Every single person working here has the worst attitude imaginable — like they’re angry you even walked in the door. God forbid you ask a question or need something because you’ll get nothing but eye rolls, sighs, and snarky responses. The energy is miserable.
But the worst part? The wait times. If you order online, prepare to wait AT LEAST 45 minutes past your pickup time — and that’s if you’re lucky. I’ve had to stand there watching the staff ignore mobile orders while they serve the walk-in customers first, and when you finally do get your food? It’s either cold, wrong, or missing half your order. And speaking of missing items — don’t count on them having everything you want. Half the time they’re out of guac, sour cream, chips, or even MEAT and they won’t bother to tell you until it’s too late. They’ll just hand you a sad, half-filled bowl and act like you should be grateful.
Tonight was the final straw. I ordered a salad and what do i not have? Vinaigrette — at 7:00 PM on a Saturday night. Because why would anyone want dressing with their salad at dinner time after waiting 45 minutes in the car once they guy told you it’s gonna be 15 minutes, 10 minutes after your scheduled pick up time. I ordered extra corn salsa and added brown rice. I had less than the normal corn salsa and white rice. That’s ridiculous in itself, but what really blew my mind was i drove to the other location to pick up dressing which they of course had. when I walked into the second location and the staff immediately asked if I had come from the other location. Apparently, they’ve gotten so used to people showing up to get what the other location failed to provide that they already knew why I was there before I even said a word. That alone speaks volumes.
And let’s talk about the prices — almost $30 for a single meal that’s cold, missing items, or made with a bad attitude? Absolutely unacceptable. I’m sorry, but if you’re charging premium prices for fast casual, I expect at least edible food and service that doesn’t make me feel like a burden for ordering. Instead, this location serves overpriced slop with a side of hostility.
The funniest part? Every time anyone leaves a bad review (which is why they only have 2.1 stars online), the only response from Chipotle is “contact us at chipotle.com” — like that’s done anything to fix the disaster that is this location. Clearly, corporate complaints aren’t making any impact because this place is still a nightmare to visit. Honestly, at this point, they either need to shut this location down or completely overhaul the staff and management — because it’s beyond saving in its current state.

Never again. Out of almost everything I wanted. No lettuce. No sour cream. Low on chicken. Out of rice. And once I got my food all 3 visits. My food was cold. Not warm. COLD. If I could give 0 stars I would.the only saving grace was the person making my food, some tall guy, was extremely nice. But the rest of the employees need an extreme attitude check. While making my food he asked a fellow employee that brought more guacamole up if there was any sour cream left in the back. The response he got was an eye roll followed by the snarkiest most btchy "idk why don't u go checkmate yelling volume. So the only person on the line had to leave to go check the area she was just at. She should be blacklisted from all customer service oriented jobs as this was not the only interaction I witnessed like this in my 30 minute experience to get my cold food missing half the ingredients for 10 dollars. Either the owners don't know what to do and are clueless as to the food industry or they just don't care. Either way. Promise, no more chances. U get no more of my money. Only reason I gave u 2 more chances totaling 3 visits was bc my job has been wanting to utilize u for our lunch. Lol what a jk
Update went back 3 times since 1st time was met by a girl working there who so mad I had walked in other employees walked her to the back 2nd time I was too afraid to ask about cheese or sour cream bc it was the same girl and all prissy 3rd time no girl but out of cheese and sour cream Even tho I see them wrapping it up in front of me @owner is this the standard? I'm now compelled to reach out to someone higher bc this is insane. Time for accountibility.
Update After reaching out to corporate via phone call, email, and directly contacting the HR department, I can confidently say that as consumers the only way companies such as this will ever correct course is by holding them accountable as a consumer and not spending money with these companies no matter the reason or situation. If they thot it was a matter of we need to actualy care to keep making money they would care a whole lot. Read moreI’ve been to this location a few times over the past few weeks. I just moved to this side of town. Let me be clear, I love Chipotle, but this location needs tons of work! Who is the store manager? Are there any standards of service whatsoever? I’ve been multiple times and they are out of chips. Why?????? Make some! Y’all have 10 people or more inside and no one can make sure chips get made? Better yet, why can’t enough chips for the whole day be made in the morning or why can’t an evening manager FORSEE that they will run out and make more accordingly? Why are employees moving food down the line…literally through all kinds of food….so customers bowls/burrito are super dirty on the outside and covered in food because no one cares to wipe it down first? Where is the structure and CARE for our food? Who in the world is in charge of this place? It has been a very long time since I have seen a food establishment ran this poorly. I haven’t worked in the food industry in over 10 years and I could come run this restaurant better RIGHT NOW than whomever runs it every single day. Night manager? Get a new one. Store manager? Get a new one. Any good store manager would be popping up at this location at night unannounced to see all the chaos and lack of leadership/direction.
