We just got take out to go and had some horrible Customer Service. I had taken our child to Little Gym Nextdoor, and was not able to leave them there on their own, so I attempted to call several times, To no answer. Finally after class we both went there to order food. (After class they are extremely tired and cranky, so we were in a rush.) I got there only to find all of staff not busy at all and were just standing around talking, and that is the apparent reason why they couldn't answer the phone. From there they took a usual amount of time to prepare our food, and by that time the little one definitely needed to get home. So I grabbed the food, bag was tied up tight but I saw the two boxes in it, so I assumed it was good, and had no time to check. After getting home we found pretty much half our meal missing. There was No Dressing, No tzatziki, and No Hummus. Making the "meal" just some chicken and lettuce. We attempted once again to call several times to no answer. We live to far away to make the trip for just these items, and I had to eat quickly to get the little one too bed. Horrible customer service, made for a horrible meal... Don't stand around chit chatting with you friends, instead of taking the time to answer phones, and make sure peoples food is right.
*Edit- After reading below reviews as I try and not compare my experience before writing it down, apparently this is a consistent problem, as the review below this one had a nearly identical experience, and it was...
Read moreI used to eat here weekly but hadn't come in a while. I noticed the menu had changed but ordered my usual Camille's salad. I noticed the price had increased a little, but no big deal. When I got home, I was very disappointed. The salad has changed so it comes with cucumber sauce and hummus now, which is fine, but the portion of chicken was maybe 1/4 what I used to get. It was so little that I felt compelled to weigh it to see how much I was really getting. After paying $17 with tip, I got roughly 3oz of chicken. That is not even a serving size. I'll be going back out to find something else for dinner tonight and will unfortunately likely not be back to this location.
Update to respond to owner: I can appreciate that you're saying that is your standard serving size, but I can assure you that this is a much smaller serving of chicken than what I received here for years. The serving of chicken that used to be on this salad was so plentiful that I often couldn't finish it all, versus now where I finish it and was still hungry. I looked back at my receipt to see why my total before tip was $15.56 and it seems like you now charge $1.59 for 1 small side of extra dressing, which i previously have never been charged for. I have enjoyed patronizing this establishment for years but the serving size is no longer...
Read moreMy god. No one in here wears a mask. Okay, you want to make a statement and refuse to wear a mask in public? Fine, but if you’re working in the food industry you NEED to wear one. Neither of the guys working in here - one on the grill, the other at the register - were wearing masks. I asked why they weren’t wearing masks and the one prepping the food told me “they aren’t required.” There is a statewide mask mandate, my friend. I told him that it was required he wear one if he was going to be making my food and he kept repeating the same thing: “they aren’t required” The guy at the register assured me that he had been tested and didn’t have COVID-19 but was I really supposed to believe that? You can have COVID-19 and be asymptomatic, genius. The woman in line in front of me (who happened to be a nurse) asked both guys if their temperature was taken each day before they began working and they said no. Needless to say, I walked out and went to Ghassan’s instead - where EVERYONE was wearing a mask as they should have been.
SHAME ON THE OWNERS OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT for not obeying the mandate and requiring their employees to do something as simple as wear a mask while prepping...
