Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Greensboro

Very kind staff,Fresh food,Great environment and perfect location.This is the second weekend in a row that we've visited this location.We had a good experience.As soon as you walk in you are greeted and although they stay fairly busy, a party also just left..the staff made sure we made it in quickly by clearing off tables etc all with a smile on their faces! Food was kept fresh..we did wait a little while on the dessert pizzas to get finished and never actually got any because there were soo many people there but the over all experience was very nice.Kindness matters-especially if you can do it in very busy atmosphere and this staff did not disappoint.They were all very nice.Located near conveniant Napa auto,Game Stop,Kohl's and other nice businesses.We will be back soon!-- UPDATE:: This cicis went from 5 stars to 1 after our last visit again on 3/7/20 at 8pm.Basically we paid $60 just to sit down-There was literally NO food! No Pizza (at all) for 25 minutes and one pizza was put out every 15 minutes or so after that once that was put out there were so many people that didnt last but a second on the buffet..No soup,pasta,barely any salad toppings.Every soda in the machine ran pure water-They needed to be replaced.The sweet tea was unsweet.Water everywhere you walked on the floor.Our table was filthy so we found the clorox bottle and wash cloth beside the drink machine cleaned it ourselves.I tried to speak to management but he seemed disoriented.Id say the weekend shift definetly could use more organization maybe a second drink machine...There were a TON of unhappy customers this night-even so much as a lady ready to fight if she wasnt given a refund.Just a horrible...

I used to go in there all the time. The staff always treated me right. I really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was always decent for the price. Unfortunately, I witnessed one of the managers insult and mistreat a customer who was disabled and I decided to walked out. I believe the manager's name was Chelsea. The way she treated him was very unprofessional. There was a lot of hostility there. I don't want to be around that so I will not be returning to this restaurant. I don't understand why she would do this. I rarely ever write bad reviews, but what I saw was uncalled for. I don't blame the restaurant itself, but that woman needs some serious retraining or she should seek a job elsewhere. I completely understand that working at a restaurant can be difficult and even stressful, but that is not an excuse to treat people poorly. Especially if they have disabilities. I hope the upper management actually addresses this and does something about it.

I was recently contacted regarding this matter from CiCi's and the person on the phone implied I was taking sides in this among other baseless accusations, but that is not the case and I am offended. They started to tell me some unrelated drama regarding the manager and the disabled man and I didn't care for it. I don't do drama. I just wanted to eat some Pizza. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS PLACE. I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. It’s filthy from top to bottom and in serious need of a deep clean. After everything we’ve been through with COVID, you’d think cleanliness would be a priority, but clearly not here. There’s dried-up grease stuck to everything, and the pots and pans are so dirty they shouldn’t even be used for cooking. The food under the heat lamp looked like it had been sitting there forever, and the workers didn’t appear to practice basic hygiene none of them looked clean, and I highly doubt they were washing their hands. The brownie pan was so rusty and burnt, it didn’t even seem safe to bake in. The bathroom situation was just as bad. It smelled horrible, and the back door was cracked open right next to it, making it feel even more unsanitary. As a woman, I didn’t feel comfortable using it at all. The floors were sticky like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks, and there was dirty water above the trash can I don’t even want to think about what runs through there at night. I wanted to ask for my money back, but I didn’t want to deal with an argument. Instead, I just left, after paying $32 and leaving a $3 tip. Honestly, this place needs to shut down and undergo a proper cleaning before serving food again. I have photos and videos to back up everything I’m saying.
