Cook Out — Restaurant in Greensboro

Worst cook out experience, I took my kids there for their first time, we are from up North. We got to the window and started to order but my mom was talking low on top of the speaker going in and out. So I told my mom "let me order she can't hear you". I proceeded to order loud and clear and next thing we know there is a man on the speaker mumbling something but we didnt respond because it's unclear and we were ordering with a lady so we didnt know at the time that she just passed the mic to him (rude). The man comes back on and is like "hellooo", so I proceeded with the same first item that I was telling the lady, he responds "that's what I said"..oh and I can hear him now because he has a funky attitude. I told him "well I can't hear you and you can't hear me so there is a hearing problem", he proceeded to yell very loudly " bye! I don't have to serve you with you talking to me like that. I responded "bye" and went to McDonald's, I don't waste my time on indirect disagreements. A local told me that if u don't go there all the time and know how to order, then they will catch a attitude. My kids wanted to try cook out but unfortunately they will have to catch us at another location on our way out. Worst...

Went to the cookout today and had cashier Harmony. Ordered cheese on some fries and and it wasn’t there. Also was not charged. No big deal. The exact words out of my mouth was “I ordered cheese fries you did not charge me, I will pay.” They took the box out. Harmony proceeds to say nothing and hold out he hand. I asked what is the cost. She then says the total and I handed it to her. I said absolutely nothing. Harmony proceeds to say I repeated the order back to you what’s the animosity. I was completely taken aback. I proceed to let Harmon know I didn’t say anything to her and to give me my food. Harmony proceeds to say I don’t need to have an attitude and the proceeds to call me fat and cuss me out as I drive off. I know in this environment it’s hard to find help but cookout may want to rethink that one. It’s not great business to have your employees starting fights with your customers and you may want to consider that: I’ve never had that happened and as a person who has worked customer service I know people can be rude, but to have employees picking a fight is something new. I visited and asked for a chicken sandwich well done with no lettuce or tomato. They gave me a chicken sandwich that was grey or blue in color and the pieces of the chicken were not United so it looks like bits and pieces of maybe the worst parts of a chicken they could find and I have pictures. IT LOOKS LIKE THEY STEPPED ON IT. This is the worst they could’ve ever treated me and I have gone to this location a few times and had a bad experience. This chicken looks so disgusting idk what they did but they thought it was funny and I honestly Have good right to report it to the health inspector because I always ask for chicken well done and it NEVER looks this disgusting.
