The online ordering process went smoothly. Everything we ordered was included in the delivery. Unfortunately 1/2 our large order was overdone with black around the edges and 1/3 blackened on the on the bottom. Both our garlic twists and knots ordered were a dark brown and hard as rocks. The Cheeseburger pizza looked as though half the toppings slid off the prep table leaving an usually favorite pizza with little taste throughout the whole pizza. I usually order the specialty pizza but have found the taste and quantity of topping ingredients to be inconsistent or an after thought. Once I ordered double the toppings and I paid for it, only to open it to find hardly one layer of toppings and definitely not two. Again this most recent cheeseburger pizza (no special requests or add-ins) had toppings inconsistently distributed or not present at all on some slices. The Pepperoni pizza similarly had far fewer cuts of pepperonis than what youâd have expected. Both the CB and Pepperoni pizzas where over cooked. The two Extravaganzas were over cooked but no black bottoms. We ordered three different kinds of side bread add-ins and again two were over cooked, color darkly distributed and hard/extra crunchy. I didnât have the time to call and complain because our group including two guests were in a hurry to go to an event and like most pizza orderers we thought the efficiency of ordering-delivery would at least equal to the taste-satisfaction. It was clearly not. My next order will be a try-out of another National pizza chain with similar specialty options. Sorry guys.    Read moreOrdered pizza for delivery. 1st pizza arrived with a hair. Called back to the store and was told that a 2nd pizza would be delivered within 20 minutes. Sat and waited until almost an hour goes past. Called back up to the store to see why my pizza wasn't delivered and come to find out, the delivery driver NEVER knocked on my door or rang my doorbell to alert me that they were delivering. My pizza was sitting outside on my front porch for I don't know how long. I sat right in my den (tv and music off) so I could hear a knock or the doorbell. The shift manager I spoke with, Destiny, offered no apology and refused to give a refund. She only offered a store credit or to remake the order. Then after getting her name and the store manager's name so that I can call him tomorrow, Destiny HUNG UP on me without offering any type of closing or goodbye. All this because obviously someone didn't wear a hair net and doesn't know how to ring a doorbell. Even with contactless delivery, you can still knock and step away.    Read moreI placed my order online for pickup I was at home waiting for my order to be completed watching it on the 'APP' an well then it notify me it was ready so I went to the store and I was the first customer there and they handed every other customer their order about 5 different customers I waited around for 20mins hungry and irritated then the manager he starts looking for my order that was never made cause I hear him telling the other employees to make it so it's 25mins later no pizza was made I'm irritated it shows in my face I'm asking the manager if it wasn't made he just like ummm it was I just don't know where they put it like huh? He didn't care to offer anything off or even give me a dam free sauce for the inconvenience and I asked if I could cancel the order he said okay and just gave me a ticket and then started to ignore me talking to him I was actually very calm but mostly cause I was tired and hungry... oh n also I lost my points I used it was not added to my account and this is not th3 1st time they hit complet and it was not and i waited for over 20mins at this location it has happen so often I got a free pizza free drink free bites etc...
