I talked to an extremely rude and unprofessional general manager named Allen at this location. I advised him we have been coming to this location for years and we order online all the time and I was not satisfied with our subs because it didnât taste right that day. He Never once apologized. He said, so what would you like for me to do? I said Iâm not looking for a refund because we come there all the time for many years so he said I can put a credit on the account. I asked how much and he said $10. I said the $10 does not cover two sandwiches. he said well thatâs plenty of money for you to put it towards your sandwiches next time.I said that does not cover and he said well I canât just replace subs just because you didnât enjoy. I said you have to be able to do something about this and I better not get sick. He said let me look at your account you have a 0.32 cents or whatever on your account I donât know where thatâs from then he looked at it he was like oh you had another replacement. This is definitely not your first time calling to complain. I said no this is my second time within all of these years ever complaining and you guys messed up the order last time. I said, do you want me to contact the corporate? He said if you wish to. He said let me call you back. Iâm busy and I cannot be on the phone all day. I asked what time and he said I donât know. He never contacted me back so I contacted corporate office and they said the owner was going to call me but I never received a single phone call. I contacted Violet a manager which she seemed very nice. I told her Iâm just honestly baffled how this man can hold this position and talk to any customer in the matter that he did. Heâs extremely sarcastic and unprofessional. He has an absolute no care at all. I have been a loyal customer since probably 2006 or so and this is the only location I love because itâs right up the street but if this does not get resolved I will boycott this location or or Jimmy Johnâs for that matter. She promised me she would have the regional manager contact me and she would follow up with me. I have called this location about 10 times to follow up with Violet but she seems to be never there and she has never returned my phone call. NOBODY at this location cares at all.    Read moreNot a sandwich guy but have been going here for a few weeks now bc of how clean and well ran it is. They have always been super friendly. The interior is really nice and well lit. They have toasted subs now and the Italian was delicious and everything tasted fresh. Cool story: I had my dog so I went in and ordered and walked outside and sat down. One of the guys in the store actually brought out the sandwich across the sidewalk to the chair I was sitting in. The girl who came over to help had an attitude and when she couldn't get it to work she assumed I had no money and tried to blow me off. I asked for a manager and he walked right over and pushed one button- Voila! He got me out of there but he was not friendly at all either.
