So disappointed š with the entire experience! Ordered ahead and arrived late, still had to wait 10 - 15 mins before order was ready. The staff was not professional nor kind with the exception of 1 young lady in a solid red shirt and she was excellent as far as kindness, smiling and customer service, she certainly doesn't belong with the remaining rude, unprofessional crew who acted as if our presence bothered them. As we were finally getting our order and starting to.leave a guy was coming in with his order and wanted a refund, said it was cold and the chicken didn't taste good and was full of grease! I didn't think much of that at all UNTIL I got home, served my family, got 90% of the food on their plates returned untouched (which never happens) and finally took a moment to eat my dinner before putting away the leftovers. YUCK 𤮠is an understatement! The chicken (dark meat, original recipe) was full of grease...overloaded and the salt was so heavy I couldn't continue trying to figure out what the remaining displeasing, foul, almost rotten taste was! I can't believe that I spent my hard earned money on this nastiness, but after eating a whole 4 bites, my stomach was so sick and my heartburn was so intense I couldn't drag myself back to KFC to ask for a refund. So, with that said this is my last visit to KFC. Their standards of food and staff have fallen through the cracks and they are now content to allow the secret recipe turn into something along the same lines of pig slop! Definitely take the money you are thinking about spending on dinner there and use it as toilet paper instead...it will without a doubt be of better use like that than finding out the money (we all work so hard for) has been paid for beyond greasy, heart stoppingly SALTY, borderline rotten SLOP!
UPDATE I followed up with what the owner instructed and called the KFC Customer service line. The lady I spoke with, Jacqueline had the customer service skills of a dead rat, advised me that she had no record of the incident I was calling in reference to and the only thing she could do was file a complaint regarding the issue!!??? What??? I thought this was the number to call in order to get a refund or a gift card for me to use at a different KFC in hopes of getting an eatable meal!! So for future reference don't waste your time calling because it's just more bad service and more...

This was my first time visiting this location. This was my first time going to eat inside. My hubby was ordering our food. I went to the restroom. There was a device to input a code on the door. I walked back to the register and asked the front end cashier if there was a code to the bathroom. I asked this after she stopped talking to my hubby. She ignored me so I asked again. She said that since Covid the bathrooms have not been opened. There was no sign up regarding Covid/ask for a code. I told her that I did not know about a code. She then said to me that she couldn't give me a code. I didn't ask for a code...just let me in. I was in shock and I asked her why is she acting like that. She had the nerve to say it's the way I came at her (???) She was that ratchet type and loud looking for a scene. I asked for a manager. When I did she said to her manager while walking off that this "Confused customer has a issue" and stated something else. By this time I was irate! The manager came over. I explained what happened. She was nice and apologetic. The manager opened the bathroom door. My appetite had been ruined so when I came back I did not want to eat there. My husband paid for our meals already. I was told by him that only our drinks were comped. I don't feel like we should have paid anything. Customers in the restaurant and it's not a good look for your company. I'm not sure what was her problem that day , but people with that attitude doesn't need to be employed there. I would not recommend this...

After that I have the food and when I drive home try some French fire the French fries was cold and I donāt have time go back so I go straight home and look in the box food my biscuits only one and 2 the bread and on top the chicken she donāt even put on the box separately and she donāt even let me know they run out the biscuits exchange the bread anyway the first thing I see is a thigh is black chicken burn really bad and it come only 3 thigh and 1 leg and half a wing total I received only 5 pieces.
