9/25/2021 our first experience and it was for my daughter’s birthday party. Now let’s start with the communication part — that was a little bit of confusion because I was told I got a call from Bumper Jumpers to confirm reservation however I didn’t. I did get the text and email which was a helpful reminder. I did have a ton of questions and they were able to answer all my concerns. Now to 9/25/2021 — we could arrive 15 mins early to set up which was cool. We arrived 20 minutes later due to personal reasons and I thought it would cause issues but NOPE! We checked it, we paid and checked in the kids on our party list too. The assistant Qua was absolutely AMAZING! I’m almost 8 mo pregnant and even though my hubby was with me, she said we didn’t have to do much and she would load , ser the party and everything! She told me all I had to do was listen out for the announcement for the color or room and my daughter name. We did have to wait for the pizza to show up, and they let you know IF YOU ASK about when pizza arrives. If you bring outside pizza I think they charge (it’s all in the fine print on their website under which party you purchase) we had to wait one hour but it was worth it as the kids jumped and played. I did bring additional juice and chips (my own purchase) and that helped the kids while they waited. Our room was kinda warm and I let Qua/assistant know and she turned the air down for us and it made it a bit more comfy. The room setup was nice and roomy as I had the 10 kid package. Qua did the food serving, for pizza, drinks, cake, cupcakes and the cleaning up. Qua made our experience a great one for everyone there for my daughter party. We will definitely be back to do my son birthday party when he’s older. Oh! The bounce houses are nice! And they have a toddler area too. To let my kids and my friends/family kids go free and play without harm was amazing….ohhh they have people who work there also monitoring kids too even though the signs say parents have too. I like it. For everyone in our party they have Bumper Jumpers 4-5 Stars ! (((bathroom were...
Read moreMy daughter had a great time & that's why I gave this place three stars. For the price, it really was a decent place to take your family. We had five kids under 13 with us and only paid $60 for everyone to get in. We ended up staying about three hours but that was plenty. I would of gave this business five stars but there were a few things that won't so great. First off, be prepared to have a bunch of unsupervised kids around. I know they do birthday parties here but that doesn't give parents the right to stay in their party room and let their kids run wild all over the place. There are signs everywhere stating that kids under 3 had to supervised by a parent at all times but this should go for all kids. There were so many that were a little older (around 10 years old) that were just very rude and disrespectful. Not only would they cut in line but they actually pushed and shoved my little boy (who's only two!) several different times. Then to make matters worse, there were several different kids that would run up and try to takeover the arcade game you were using. I actually said something to this little boy (maybe 6-8 years old) that ran up and tried to take over the game my son was playing. After stating to the boy that this wasn't his turn, he put up his hand in the shape of a gun and went "pow pow"! I couldn't believe the audacity of this boy and the obvious lack of raising his parents have been doing. I would be appalled if I ever saw my kids doing this to an adult after trying to steal from them. It just amazes me some times and it definitely did during our recent trip to Bumper Jumpers. Don't think I could stomach going back here without some...
Read moreBumper Jumpers is an indoor playground themed around inflatable structures. There are climbing towers and ninja course-type attractions too. Drinks and snacks are very reasonably priced. There are some games that give tickets, but you can buy tickets too and no prize is over $10 - including larger stuffed animals, so everyone can win the ultimate prize without spending a ton of money. I have a 3 and 7 year old and neither one of them is too big or small for the attractions. Some of the attractions (the cliff jump with a padded landing area, for instance) are very cool. There are protected areas for 4 and under, and also 2 and under, and both are frankly very well set up. There are party rooms if you want to have a birthday party here.
It feels very safe - some of the attractions are larger, but they are very well set up and I haven’t seen one injury in the past two hours of being here. Louder kids music is played too and my kids sang with kidsbop music for most of they day.
My kids had a lot of fun. There is so much variety that they will not get bored for several hours. There is a lot of seating for parents and it’s not hard to watch your kids...
