Upon arrival my family and I noticed the new kiosks that are available to use so we decided to use them. We made our order, took our numbers and waited for our food to be delivered to us. While we waited, we noticed that there were two other families there with no food. About 5 mins later to lady standing by the cash register started yelling out the orders when they where ready. One by one the families that where ahead of us got their food, we got ours abouy 15 minutes later.
My brother ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddles, yet when he opened the wrapping the sausage was missing in both sandwiches. My brother then proceeded to inform the staff of the issue and they corrected the mistake. One girl chastized the other employee with a slew of words and using the "N" word numerous times. I was still sitting at the table and i could hear it, so the other families had to hear it too. The only reason why this isnt getting 1 star is because of the unsung hero of this tale. The only person thats working the cash register and the resturant while everyone else is standing around was a young man who clearly stated and i quote "how can you forget the sausage? Read moreFIRST: F.F. were warm at best, why I don't know as I watched the worker pull them fresh from the fryer. The bun with the Big Mac was not fresh or toasted, coffee was not ready when the burger and fries were left waiting on prep bench in un- heated area. When coffees came they had cream and sugar in them. I had asked for cream and sugar to be on the side. The girl said oh yah, took them back and had to wait again for two more coffees. Now the girl had to ask how many sugar and how many creamers. Now to give you a time frame on the wait for the coffees, (while the burger and fries also waiting in un-heated area) by the time we started to eat the fries were as I said warm to cold at best. This is coming from a man who was culinary trained in French Traditional as well as International Quieten. I have worked in the food service industry for over 30 years, in all positions both in front and in the back of the house. I also had a 2 year stint as a Fast Food Manager. Shift seemed to have more than enough staff for the time of day.(1:30 Sunday) yet the crew member on the register was doing it all by herself. Including taking the drive up orders with a headset. Read moreI'm going to get straight to it. I asked for a fresh fish sandwich with fresh lettuce/tomatoes and extra extra pickle no cheese. I received it but with 1 pickle. I walk in just to ask for pickles for my sandwich and the young melinan female (real young) that was at the 1st pickup window at 8:40/49 was rude, saying "oh lord" under her breath when she seen me come to the pick up bar inside. The young guy supervisor or manager (was semi busy) but not too busy. He didn't greet me or ask me, "How may he help you?" nothing. He finally asked me what I needed (yes, what I needed)after he put 3 meals in their bag and then finally asked me. I asked him for pickles, and then he gave it to me. I just thank you and I appreciate you and walked out. I will not be back. I will say the food was great but the young girl and young man need coaching, Respectfully.
