I went to this particular McDonald's hoping to get some good food and reasonable customer service. I got neither... At least not at first. I made an order for a 20 peice mcnugget meal ( including large sweet tea and large fry). As well I ordered a small fry, three double cheeseburgers, and two McChicken sandwich. When I pulled up to the window a young lady was standing there keying in orders, she asked me to verify my order. The order was completely wrong. So I restated my order. She keyed it into the system which the order was still wrong. I can understand trainers and I looked passed the fact that the girl was a trainee. But the manager behind the girl wasn't a trainee, the order still came to me incorrect, when I went in the store to address the complaint the manager was rude and messed the order up even more after telling me that the girl was a trainee, I said I understand that, I have worked for McDonald's before but a trainee doesn't bag the product... Therefore I don't blame her I blame you for not getting this order correct. In the order was the 20 peice mcnugget meal and three double cheeseburgers. So the manager walked over and threw out the small fry and made a large one that was supposed to go to the mcnugget meal to begin with. And told me have a nice day. Refused to listen to anything else missing. When I got home it upset my girlfriend so bad we both went up to McDonald's again and she made them remake the order three times until they got it right. Read moreUpdate: The consistency of service in the takeaway line is awful. The only time it's decent is when I get off work at like 5-6am and the older, hispanic woman is working. She is always super polite and prompt. She's the reason it's not a single star rating. Outside of that, roll your dice. You'll pull up to the queue behind several people. Pull up to the ordering area and...nothing. Okay, you had a rush. I can wait. Five minutes, ten minutes, nothing. Then, soneone will pull up to the other queue and get served right away. Oh, and check your orders before you pull away. There is a strong tendency to forget things in this McD's. Like 1 in 4 chance. Even on simple orders like...say, three burgers. Where is the third? Or, several meals...why's there only one set of fries? If this one wasn't literally around the corner from where I live where I can drop by when being super tired, I'd never even go here.
I mean, this is McD's. Temper your expectations accordingly. That said, the issue I have with this particular McD's is that it appears to regularly close an hour earlier than its listed hours. On Monday through Thursday, they're supposed to close the dining room at 23:00. Yet, last Monday and Wednesday, at 22:13 and 22:06 (respectively), all the chairs were on tables and all the doors were locked. Read moreThe employees behind the Drive Thru need to be addressed by management. On multiple instances I've had issues with them. The first issue is that on a previous visit after giving my order and pulling up to the first window there was no one present. So I assumed I would be paying at the second window as the person over the speaker never instructed me to wait at the first window. This turned out to be a mistake and before I could rectify it someone pulled in behind me. This would have been fine however the employee who was meant to be standing at the first window was then brought to where I was where she complained that "When you pull past the first window they come back and yell at me". Which is strange considering I wasn't the one not standing at my post.
Second my visit today on 09/11/2021, I gave my order at the speaker. The person behind the speaker did not confirm what she had heard me order, at the first window after I paid I was not given a receipt and then at the second window I was not only given someone else's order but when I asked about the rest of my order the cashier simply said "It didn't ring up".
