Arbys is known for good service and healthier food.. their food was delicious and their new guy was amazing.. they needed a good front of the house person with a good personality that doesn't make to much small talk so lines keep moving and they scored perfectly with him.. if all he does is clean and take orders for the front ill be satisfied. Most of us go Into fast foods from a stressful day or are very hungry having someone like that is perfect.. grumpy ppl in food industry should stay in the back. Not the front.. they will only make stressful situations more stressful and then it can become pi$$ing competitions.. ppl pleasers go in the front.. its better they never learn the kitchen so that their always their for the ppl without fail anyways.. gave them five stars.. they know these rules very well and followed them for the most part. They have an older man who looked to be a supervisor of some sorts brighter colored shirt then everyone else and tall.. I would suggest keeping him in the back enless absolutely needed in the front and then throwing him right back into the back of the house. He def. Was NOT a ppl person.. if I see him in the front again I may turn around just to avoid him all together.. when I get fast food its because I'm having a rough day or a full day.. his demeanor alone made me feel like I wanted to start something and I don't like feeling that way.. best to a kid him...
Read moreOrdered 4 regular roast beef through the drive thru. Checked the bag and saw 4 sandwiches and went home. opened the sandwiches and saw we were charged for and received 4 beef and cheddar. No big deal. It happens. I went back through the drive thru waited 10min. I told them what happened and was told to come inside. (Rudely) I came inside, there I was met with the manager. She was very snippy and rude from the beginning. And said that since it was rung in as beef and cheddar it wasn't their fault. And grabbed four sandwiches and tossed them in a bag and handed it to me. I said thank you with a smile and walked out. (I was very sweet and kind and was careful with how I handled the situation because I have worked in customer service and I know accidents happen it's not a big deal.) She was very short with her interaction with me. Like I was trying to steal sandwiches or something. It was very odd. We got home with our 4 sandwiches (I love 5min away). they were cold, falling apart, soggy and the meat was tough. We couldn't eat them and I didn't want to make another trip to the store with that manager on duty. We love Arby's but not looking like we will be returning to this...
Read moreOrdered today 9/11/21, at 6:52pm, order ID AA6NKB2AGHN. Why Arby's, the last good fast food restaurant left in Greensburg, IN, why did you have to do this too me? Everything was going good, very nice and pleasant man taking our order, get to the window, still polite and nice. Then as we are waiting for our food, the person that took our order and making the drinks for everyone, stops by the ice machine, mouthful of chicken. Chewing and spewing crumbs over the open ice bucket, then proceeds not to was his hands and continue to stick his bare hands into the ice bucket, chewing away on that chicken. We very politely inform the person handing us our food, and the person that was doing the chewing, proceeds to tell us to go have inter-course with ourselves. Very professional Arby's thank you making the decision to quit eating fast...
