I was told to order when ready then waited 4 minutes while being ignored and drunk person in other lane took forever. I pulled up he told me he was taking one at a time and be patient wait a second. I said I waited 4 minutes, he took my order. The first blonde started brewing the coffee right into the cup. I had to beep twice and knock on the window twice to get her attention, because she was purposely ignoring me. I said please don't pour that until it's done brewing. She argued repeatedly I told her I didn't want an argument I wanted her to pour it after it was done brewing so it would not be ultra concentrated. She closed the window, and started yelling about it in the background. Then the other blonde came to the front and said that I was being rude and banging on the window. I explained everything to her. I was not being rude, but trying to get her attention and be clear. She didn't care but said she would refund the money. Then she didn't. She argued that she drinks coffee all the time and it doesn't have to be poured after. Gross incompetence and belligerence. Also employee's pickup buddy parked sideways blasting rap and taking up 2 spots, including a handicapped space while smoking. Despicable. No human decency or professionalism here. I am open to changing my review if...
Read moreHonestly like most McDonalds, I've had good and bad experiences. I've been going to this specific McDonalds off and on for the past 15 years. Before, during and after covid they were always short staffed. Orders were hit and miss correct. Employees mostly were just "there for a paycheck" and the service resembled that atmosphere. In the last year it seems to be improving. Still can tell the employees are over worked and the atmosphere is not back to "Greet you with a smile" yet. However, I have noticed significant strives in the right directions. Even though the employees resemble wet blankets drying in a rain shower, my food has been hot, fresh and exactly how I ordered it. 50% of the time the employees will interact outside the requirements of their job with a guest and 25% of the time you might even get a smile. The restaurant is mostly visibly clean inside and out during non rush times. Restrooms are always decently cleaned. I've never had to inform a crew member of anything needing attention. It's been a rough time for everyone the last few years and this McDonalds, like most businesses, shows it. But if you pay attention you can start to see their progress as well. Would recommend. Just advise patience and understanding. If you don't get a smile, give them one instead....
Read moreUpdated Aug 31, 2025- went through the drive thru. Placed my order for 2 vanilla shakes no whipped cream. Order was correct on screen. Paid at first window. They stoppwd giving receipt when you pay. Receipt is given now at second window. For some reason twice today they didn't give a receipt and I had to ask for it. I wouldn't mind if I paid in cash, but with a card who knows what they charged on the card without a receipt. They have to run to another register to print it out. My shakes had whipped cream on them, she didn'tpay attention to my order, no whipped cream. I told her I ordered no whipped cream. She proceeded to scrape the whipped cream off. I told her it was not what I ordered. Her response was 'It is more economical that way'. The proper way is to make the shakes over correctly! I have called management's franchise number and left a message, with no resonse. They have new management but still the same shoddy systems. Just went thru drive thru and ordered drinks. Ordered ice tea, and the tea was burnt. Ordered diet Coke and was given regular Coke. No one pays attention to anything anymore. They're getting paid to do a job, and they can't even make tea correctly or dispense the right diet Coke requested. What happened to the McDonald's quality and...
