Well I do give them 5 stars for authenticity but the hamburger was poor quality or something else. I only ordered 5 tacos for $10.50 & asked for cheese bc they didn't come w any & 3 small cans of pop and one large can of what's normally pretty cheap fruit punch in all gas stations...oh and 2 little candies for a dollar. And my total was $27.00! I asked for 3 of the 5 tacos w only cheese & meat but they forgot that. It really stinks bc I was looking forward to some authentic Mexican food. I didn't take my receipt(not thinking) so now what. I'm not full of money! That was our one time a month I can afford to take them out to eat and they ate nothing and I wasted nearly $30!🥺 I'm gonna add this- Don't order hamburger; they're hamburger is...well idk what it is but close your eyes. Idk how they're getting so many great ratings honestly. Oh Buy your drinks at the attached BP*. They must be better with chicken I'm guessing bc Idk what I ate and I wasn't even offered a receipt. That was a one person meal, w 2 cans of pop & can of fruit punch that was labeled 99¢ on the can...all for the low low price of 27.00! Idk how 10.50 + 2.50 + (2 small cans of soda) = $27.00????? Was there a $10 fee for walking through the door or what! It's no wonder I wasn't offered a receipt!! Be a lil weary and add up every...
Read moreFriendly staff, along with reasonably priced and good tasting, authentic, Mexican food is what you’ll find at Taqueria dalias. The inside could use some updating, but don’t let that keep you from trying this place. I only waited 5 minutes from ordering at the counter to leaving with two fresh meals in hand.
Rice was simple (no vegetables) but was well seasoned, very tasty, and plentiful! The flank steak burrito was also delicious and packed full of meat. It could’ve used a little more cheese (see picture below), but some red & green sauce made up for it.
The street tacos (grilled steak and flank steak) were also delicious, with your choice of 17 different types of meat (ranging from Marinated Chicken to Cows Tongue to Flank Steak) topped with cilantro and onion, and fresh cut lime on the side. They did not mark the tacos to signify the difference between the flank vs. grilled steak tacos, so if you order multiple types of meat this could be a major nuisance when trying to determine which is which.
Be sure to get some mild sauce to top it off, and the red sauce ONLY if you’re a brave soul willing to take on what’s arguably the spiciest...
Read moreThey just opened, so they are experiencing a few of the normal hiccups of a launch like having their credit card machine down. There's a convenient ATM in the adjacent gas station though.
Chips and salsa were okay. The chips are more pre made style but were crisp and fresh and warm. The salsa was a little bland for my liking but was obviously fresh made.
The tacos, the main reason I was there, were excellent. I tried carnitas, chorizo, and al pastor. They were loaded! The meat was fresh and tender and not over cooked. Fresh cilantro and white onions on top. 3 tacos was more than enough.
They also brought out green and red sauce for the tacos which were both tasty. The red sauce had a nice smokey flavor. Neither was very spicy.
I will definitely be back to track their progress. I'll be bringing my family as well. They are also big fans of...
