Bought a quality quarter shorthorn beef from a local farmer and he sent it to Hubers to butcher. We had it butchered mostly in hamburger and specified for the hamburger to be extra lean. The first package was extra fatty and looked whitish instead of meat red. We thought maybe it was just a one off and the rest would be better. After 5 packages my wife refuses to use it. I'm not a huge of fat on my steak and usually cut around it but the Rib-eye melts in your mouth...deli case is small but powerful...Indiana ham is awesome....
