America's Best Wings — Restaurant in Greenville

Sorry for the longer review but I figured I’ll say all my thoughts while they are fresh in my head

Honestly some of the best things wings in Greenville. a simple interior but over all is nice they have this neon sign that has the restaurants name inside which I thought was a really cool touch. The staff was really friendly and polite which as a customer is always a pleasure and sadly a rarity in todays service Now for the most important part What I got was a half and half 10 piece combo with fries and a drink the drink was nothing special just dr.pepper but that lemonade ooooo that lemonade was really good But the most important part the wings I was shocked when I saw the favors so much to choose from which I always love from trading with my family alittle plus what I got myself I was able to try 3 different flavors The 24k gold,mango habanero,and a spicy Caribbean jerk all 3 where soooo good very chrispy the spicy Caribbean jerk is to die for honestly my favorite wing in town that one wing alone made me wanna get on google and give this 5 star review maybe I’m alittle over hyping it but I loved it so much

But for the good there is a little bit of bad nothing major just alittle nickpicky First up is there is alittle bit of a wait nothing major maybe 10-20 mins tops nothing to be mad over but I figured I’ll still mention it I personally think the wait was 100% worth it But the actual main problem I had is the fries I didn’t really like them like I did eat them they wasn’t horrible or anything just personally wasn’t for me but there is so much sides not liking one isn’t the end of the world

Overall Me and my family really enjoyed our time and will be back everytime we are in the mood for some great wings I will definitely be spreading the word we will be looking forward to...

The atmosphere is always great with the register Women.. HOWEVER THE OWNER HE SAID HE WAS NOT DISAGREEING WITH A CUSTOMER BUT HE WAS HE WENT UP AND FOWN ABOIY HOW THEY COOKED THE CHICKEN …I ONLY REACH OUT DO TO THE FOOD WAS NOT ALL THE WAY DONE HE Went against what I was saying, and basically wanted me to carry the chicken around to bring back after I told him I was on lunch it was not able to get back on today. I eat from there all the time. This is the first experience for me, worst experience I’ve had by far Won’t be coming back again, but just wanted to let it be known to cook your chicken a little longer or at least take inconsideration with a customers coming back to say or complain about. It’s not always about the money and it’s not always about getting a refund or getting it replaced. It’s just a simple sometimes it happens especially when we are busy and yes it was a Friday. Yes, it was lunchtime so I can definitely understand the business of the business , but the customer Satisfaction the way that you handle a situation. It was definitely not the correct way to...

I would never eat from here again based off of poor management and customer service skills . My fiancé spent $60 for us to enjoy the food however we was missing fries and they gave me traditional instead of boneless and I was very polite even though we waited almost a hour for our food and we realized once we got home that the order wasn’t correct . So before I made this bad review I contacted the store first and explained the issue and the lady told me to drive my gas back to bring back the wings in exchange for the correct wings and she will also replace my wings I would of even been satisfied with a $5 store credit but she made a smart comment like of you ate them huh . Bring them back 2 days and I will still give you the boneless wings so I was disturbed that she was requesting this and so I asked could I speak to corporate and so she said he’s here and the CEO got on the phone and said WHATS UP …. I startled and said did you just say what’s up ? Like I’m not your homeboy I’m doing business sir ....
