GoodStuff Juices — Restaurant in Greenville

My brother and I stopped in, yesterday, after having a tough day. I only wanted one juice, but I ended up getting the 1-day Cleanse and a jar of mango seamoss. We were greeted so warmly and the owner was very kind, and he also did not force us into a selection. He did answer questions if we had them. The newest juice is EXCELLENT. He just made them, and he said, "They came out pretty good." THAT was an understatement. I opened it in the car, and when I took a sip, I passed it to my brother. He drank some, and said, "Now, that's good!" I said, "I gotta go get another one." I walked right back in to purchase another "Doc's __" (I cannot remember the name.) ALSO, usually, I get seamoss, and I just have "take it like a man," so to speak. This mango seamoss is neither pungent nor unpalatable. The consistency is smoother than apple sauce. Plus, it is only $30. I have paid between $50-$60 for a jar that ultimately sat in the refrigerator and spoiled because it was disgusting. I am waiting for my next dose of 2-3 teaspoons. I may have my brother purchase another jar. I don't want all of the jars to get sold before I can get back to Greenville. GoodStuff Juices is about a love for health and a hope to help other people. I wish the owner all of the success in the world, and when the franchises start to pop-up, I would work there part-time for the low! Go...

BEWARE!!! These people are CROOKS! My juice order did not completely survive the summer heat in shipping. Arrived mostly thawed after 2 days in 100+ degree temps. There was still some ice in the middle, but, everything else was room temp. I was walking out the door when the box arrived, so, I put everything in the freezer until I could get back home. Of course, they REFROZE! That's what they do in the FREEZER! Well, I reached out last night to their customer service and they said they wanted photos "or it didn't happen". I informed them that I had refrozen the product, but, I would send their photos. I thawed everything back out and poured it down the drain to show that I was not going to consume the product. Nope.... Now they tell me that I "tampered" with it, and, there will be no refunds. There are hundreds of juice companies out there... I would choose a different one, if I were you. This one...

Normally, I purchase my juices at the local business, but unfortunately they haven't been opened when I visit, so I placed my order online this time. The order was shipped quickly, but this is the first time ordering online and this will be my last. I do not understand why the taste of the juices were not the same, but as expensive as these juices are, they should NEVER been tasting more like a "drink" rather than a juice. Every other time that I purchased juices from this business, they have always been great! This is the only time that I have been extremely disappointed with these...
