Beanz Buttercream Bakery and Eatery — Restaurant in Greenville

We had somewhat high hopes going here for breakfast, but ended up not terribly impressed. First impressions really stick with you...and unfortunately our first impression was indicative of the entire experience and (instead of sitting down) we probably should have just walked back out when no one greeted us despite 2-3 employees hurrying around as we went to find a seat. Not particularly friendly and definitely not enthusiastic service aside, the meal also disappointed. The avocado toast was more like a thin layer of guacamole over slightly warm bread, and - while the biscuits were tasty - the gravy on my biscuits and gravy really lacked flavor .... To be honest it tasted like low fat turkey sausage was used instead of the chorizo listed on the menu. Maybe we just ordered the wrong things, who knows. I'd probably stop in at the counter to give a pastry a try and see maybe...

The food is good I come here almost everyday for lunch! The servers are friendly but I never sit down and eat always to go and the older lady in the front is just rude! No personality! No smile! Not friendly at all! I addressed this with another one of my coworkers like dang she’s not friendly I don’t think I wanna keep getting our food from here! Me personally I would go elsewhere but my coworker loves the bakery so I go! When she’s not in the front waiting on people it’s very nice! Please please remove this lady from the front or tell her to get a better attitude! I thought I was being sensitive but after a week vacation and come back to see that mean lady I’m like ya imma...

I’ve had many tasty things from this restaurant & bakery! I think they may have outdone themselves with the plain cheesecake I recently ordered for my mother’s birthday party. It was the best cheesecake I think I’ve ever had! Perfect balance of sweet and tangy, perfect texture, not too dense but not too fluffy, delicious crust…it was amazing in every way. Everyone who tasted it commented on it! I ordered a 9” cheesecake and it was perfectly cut into 16 slices. Each slice was nearly 4” thick!
