We decided to rent the back room for our son's 18th birthday party. When we arrived the floors were discusting. I almost asked for a sweeper to clean them, due to we would be having small children attend the party and I knew they'd be tempted to pick up whatever was all over the floor. The ladies restroom was a disaster. We made the best of it. About 30 minutes into the party 2 nice employees came back and asked what pop we wanted. Then said our pizza would be done in an hour. I said, no it was supposed to be served at this time. She apologized and said we have it in 10 minutes. We ordered 6 pizzas. 3 of them came out doughy and one was even still cold.i was not happy. I nicely complained to the gentleman up front. He was not interested in hearing what I had to say. He actually didn't even apologize. Just said he'd have the pepperoni pizza replaced.. after a couple minutes I went back and asked if he'd place the reorder because at this point everyone was finished eating and he could just refund our money. He said he already ordered it. Again, no apologies. Nothing..... Very poor customer service....... We cleaned our party up, and I went to pay our final bill... It came to $218.00 this was for 3 pizzas that where mediocre, 3 pizzas that where doughy-just discusting and 5 pitchers of pop. Oh, and $28 gratuity.... Seriously. No discount, no apologies, no I won't charge you for the 3 pizzas we didn't eat..Nothing. I also paid $50 room rental fee. Basically, after this ordeal I would NEVER recommend this place at all!!!!! The 2 ladies that served our food was nice and accommodating. Other than that. Worst experience. $268 down the drain...... Never...

Tap House in downtown Greenville is 🤌🏽 chefs kiss 🤌🏽
The lady I had to talk to to learn how things work here was extremely nice and patient ☺️ However, when I return I won't have to talk to anybody and that makes me a calm, happy person!
You can order from your phone at your table. You can pour your own drinks (Julian and I had soda that we poured ourselves, but they have taps of beers and other drinks you also pour yourself), you pick up your own food (which is so delicious!! 🤤), you can get your own napkins, silverware, condiments, to-go boxes, etc., you can pay your bill from your phone, and the patio is so nice and cozy! The inside wasn't noisy or too hot/cold. They play really good music! It looked like they had some arcade games too.
The prices are fair, also. It was less expensive than a few Maid Rites (I love Maid Rites, also!) and milkshakes or even meals at a fast food drive through.
I will absolutely make this a regular spot. I don't know who the owners are, but it seems like they took a chance in the self serve method and I love it! I know a lot of people will say that they pay people to serve them so why should they do it themselves? Well, I would pay people to not serve me so I can just chill in my little...
Read moreFirst of all I think this is a great concept. (Hence two stars) We do have a few issues with our visit. The gentleman who gave us our card and tutorial was not very personable and gave us the feeling we were wasting his time. At one point during our visit there was a customer who was clearly confused about the tap operation. I tried to get the tutorial guy's attention to help this customer, but he just stood behind the register and stared at us. He was not about to offer any assistance. I did help the gentleman out myself. And now comes the food. First the appetizer of corn nuggets. The menu describes corn and jalapeno. There is no jalapeno, no spice, no heat at all. We also ordered a meat lovers pizza and added a couple veggies to it. Our pizza came, we ate a couple pieces discussing the lack of pepperoni and then realized there was no meat on our meat lovers pizza. We notified a staff member who left to discuss it with someone else. When she returned their offer was to remove the pizza from our bill, if we wanted to. No offer to provide us with the pizza we ordered!! Who does that? Who wouldn't offer to correct the situation and provide the pizza you actually ordered. I understand the pizza issue was undoubtedly an honest mistake. Combine that with the rest of the visit, and it was most certainly not an...
