Great place, excellent beer, awesome people! Locally owned and operated. All beers and wines I've tried are good to great. Food is good pub fare, hot dogs are really good, pizzas too and the beer cheese pork nachos are for sure a win. I'm not there for the food anyway! 🍺 Also, I notice most if not all of the negative reviews come from "poor service". People don't realize, as the sign at the entrance clearly states, that this is a type of pub. There aren't wait staff per se. You are supposed to order at the bar and then sit where you would like. If you need refills or want to order more food, you go back up to the bar. They do try to swing by and check on everyone in the bar as they can, and will take orders or bring refills at times... but if you want a refill, or want to order something, you're supposed to go up to the end of the bar (under the ORDER HERE sign) and ask for it. Anywho, chill, locally owned and operated, good brews. Support FRBC!
Edit (February 6 2025)! They have greatly improved their food menu since my last review (all hail Nick!). No more hot dogs (although they were good!). They have a new menu that swings well above it's weight. You need to check...
Read moreSo many nice things to say about one location. Both the bartender and (i think) the owner/manager asked if we knew the process. You seat yourself but order up at the bar. Both were very nice.
The craft beer selection is varied widely and they have wine. They do flights of 3 and we got 2 of them. I enjoyed all 6 brews.
The food came next, Campfire Nachos and Hawaiian dog. Both were aesthetically pleasing and tasted great.
The atmosphere is bright, clean, well decorated in a consistent theme. They are right by the Flat River trail.
There's another brewery on 14mi and I'd rather come here any day.
Thanks to everyone who made the food and brewed the yummy beer...
Read moreWe visited on a Saturday afternoon in September. It was a nice walk to this place from a local park. The inside is really chill and there are some cool spots to hang out outside. I got to talk with the brewer which was interesting. We really enjoyed the beers and left with a 4-pack. We were all very impressed with the beer. My favorite was the IPAbit and my wife liked the Rye Me a River. I also tried the Foy-Ler which was good too. Keep up...
