Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Greenville

I was in Greenville Michigan on September 2nd. I ordered a pizza at 8:13 pm. I was told my pizza will arrive in 40 minutes. At 9:18 I called again looking for my pizza and was told it is on the way. 9:36 still no pizza I called again and I got the same answer it is on the way. At this point I told them my pizza better not be cold. Pizza arrived at 9: 42 and it was cold. I called the store again and told them the pizza was cold and the answer I got is that the driver had many other stops to make before getting to me. The manager promised me a free pizza next time I was in Greenville. I told her that I did not know when I would be back and she said it does not matter she is putting it in the computer so that next time I am here I can call and will get my free pizza which was thin crust with chicken. The next time I was sent to work in Greenville was October 5th and expecting to get my free pizza I did not bring my lunch. When I called I was told there was no such promise in the computer. It was the night manager who made the promise that she did not live up to it. I have not ordered from pizza again because that manager proved to be untrustworthy. I was only 5 minutes...

I ordered a pizza at nine thirty two pm the restaurant closes at ten. I ordered the special that the lady on the phone told me, i made the order simple and only asked for one topping on each of the pizzas, and even asked for the pizzas to be made in what ever way was easiest for the employees, then asked for the pizza to be delivered to my home and i even set the cash aside for the arival of my dinner as well as a rather large tip ton compensate for having to work late. The lady on the phone then stated the pizza would arive within an hour. Their was no problem with this everything seemed to be in order, and i waited for a long time. Now its tomorrow and i as an individual without a car or food at home i'm forced to wait until morning im able to feed myself and my younger brother. Thanks lady behind the phone for a night of hunger instead of just informing me that they were to lazy to deliver a pizza a mire four minute drive. As for the time of this post...

I feel seriously bad for the dine in of this place. I was looking for something other than fast food in greenville. My only choice, because it was about 9 pm, was pizza hut because everything was closed. I wanted to get the cheesy aflredo full pan, but they didn't have any noodles. I wanted to get a stuffed-crust meat lovers pizza, but they were also all out of stuffed crust cheese. We all ended up getting a pan meat lovers pizza and a 24 peice spicy garlic and honey barbecue boneless wings. First of all, I expected the pan pizza crust to be dry. I think that's why I like stuffed crust so much better. The boneless chicken wings were not that good and were very dry. This is probably my first actually critical review because I just expected more of them. Honestly, the only time I'd like to go to this pizza hut would be souly for their stuffed crust pizza, and I didn't get to try...
