I’ve been trying to notify someone with no luck.. but I have loved Jules for their wings. Very good, until last night. I ordered my favorite kind and it was wrong. No big deal.. wasn’t mad or anything just wanted it fixed. So I called to inform the man that works there all the time (he was the cook). I was polite and everything he instantly gave me major attitude saying that I’M wrong, he did it right (definitely was not right) and then hung up. I would have went in because I noticed while we were still in town, but he was so mad I thought he would have yelled at me. And that was actually the 2nd time he was like this. The first time we walked in to order and he was loudly saying ‘I’ve been here since 9 am I don’t want to cook food, I want to go home. What do you want.’ (In a very rude tone!) Very disappointed!!! I’m sure he will be happy as hell to have less customers. Unfortunately I’m gonna have to find somewhere else...
