I work near this Burger King and eat there several times a week. Generally I eat the same item. Yesterday at lunch I went to order the same item as always (last had on Monday) and was told they don't have shredded cheese. So I asked if they were out or if it was discontinued and I was told "we have never had shredded cheese we only have swiss and american" I responded I get this all the time and shredded cheese is a cut of cheese not a flavor. So I asked her if she happened to be new as sometimes new employees don't right away see the correct button on their screen. She responded "I am the Assistant manger we have never had shredded cheese" So I just order another item. I pull up to the first window to pay and I recognize the employee as one that is working all the time. So I ask him when did you stop having shredded cheese? He said "we have shredded cheese why do you think we do not?" So I told him what the assistant manager just told me so I asked for her name which was Monica. When I got the the pickup window Monica was there and so I said I just spoke to the guy in the last window and he said you in fact do have shredded cheese and she said "how many times do I have to tell you we have never had shredded cheese?" About that time another employee who works frequently walked up next to her so I asked that employee "Don't you guys have shredded cheese?" and she said "yes" the assistant manager said no we don't and the other employee said "it is the cheese that goes on the burrito" Monica then said "I have never heard of shredded cheese before" I mentioned to Monica as the assistant manager she should know all of the items her store offers for food and maybe when an customer is talking to her she should listen and investigate before cutting them off and being crabby. Before this interaction EVERY OTHER SINGLE EMPLOYEE since they have opened have been fantastic to work with. The manager of this store needs to speak with Monica and maybe should look at other employees at that store that may be a better fit for assistant manager as Monica is not a...
Read moreOf course this is a brand new Burger King having only opened a few weeks ago, so it's going to be impeccably clean compared to any other restaurant. Taste and quality of the Whopper is as usual - excellent. But, always most important to me, is their CUSTOMER SERVICE, which unfortunately for this brand new location, was UTTERLY LACKING! I was the only in-store customer upon walking in, and yet the front cashier stood in front of me for an entire minute texting on his phone before even acknowledging me. Then, as I tried to tell him what I wanted to order, he continuously interrupted me several times, which made me incredibly frustrated! Then on top of it, after mentioning TWICE that I wanted a DOUBLE whopper in between his incessant interruptions, I later found out when I got to work to eat my Double Whopper that it was a SINGLE, and not double. Perhaps if the cashier would LISTEN to his customers instead of texting on his phone and constantly interrupting them, they might also get the order right. Despite this being a brand new Burger King, I won't be stopping here anymore, despite it being across the street from work. If you don't care about your customers and getting things right, you don't deserve my...
Read moreFast friendly service. I can't remember actually what time we arrived. But it was busy! Either right before or right after the lunch rush. There was only 3 employees working at the time. But they handled it like rock stars. Got everyone's order together in a timely manner. Three employees, took care of the drive thru, the customers inside, keeping the dining room and floors cleaned. I had to use the restroom, (after I watched a few people go in and out). Not expecting the best! The one girl ran in right before me and had a trash bag in one hand, a rag in the other. I'm telling you those employees deserve recognition for their hard work. They went above and beyond. I wish I had the names of them. Thank you Burger King...
