This Indian food truck is an absolute gem! I recently stumbled upon it and was intrigued by the unique combination of Indian street food and, surprisingly, gyros. Let me tell you, they've nailed it on both fronts. First off, the Indian dishes are bursting with authentic flavors. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food. Now, let's talk about the gyros. I was a little skeptical at first, but my curiosity got the better of me, and I'm so glad it did! The gyro meat was flavorful and nicely seasoned, shaved thick and piled high on warm pita bread. This Indian twist elevated the gyro to a whole new level, adding a cooling contrast to the savory meat and fresh vegetables. Beyond the fantastic food, the service was also excellent. The staff were friendly, efficient, and clearly passionate about their food. They were happy to answer my questions and offer recommendations. The truck itself looked clean and well-maintained, which is always a good sign. If you're looking for a delicious and unique food experience, you absolutely must check out this Indian food truck. I almost never write reviews. This time, I had a very disappointing experience. They have a menu and pictures of different foods up, but they didn't have multiple things and the multiple guys in the truck couldn't answer questions about ingredients. It took nearly half an hour for my food. I repeatedly heard, "Five more minutes, sir!" They claimed it was because the oil fryer needed to head up, but It was the dinner hour and somehow the people who were friends of the workers walked up and grabbed food immediately after ordering. My chicken strips were still cold in the middle. The lamb gyro was okay at best, though it sat for 15 minutes while I waited for everything else. At one point, I walked back to the car to get a hat to keep waiting in the sun and two guys started yelling at me out the back of the truck for trying to leave. I felt like they were trying to intimidate me. And then the pricing was unclear, but I just wanted to leave and get the food to my family. I will not be back. Mediocre food, bad service, questionable...
