My boyfriend and I decided we wanted WC . We went through the drive-thru. We ordered a 20 cheeseburger sack. We forgot to order fries, so when we got to the second window, we asked if it would be a problem to order fries? The guy working the drive-thru said it's not a problem and told us to pull forward and that it would be around 3 mins for the fries. We waited at least 10 minutes. My boyfriend backed up to the window after seeing that there were no cars, and he asked the blonde girl at the window what's taking so long , as we were still waiting on our order. She left and came back with our fries. My boyfriend pointed out that we didn't get our 20 sack. I could hear the guy that initially took our order say something about how he gave our stuff to another customer. So we waited for another 10 minutes. The blond girl came back and handed us our food. She was really sweet. She apologized to us for the mistake that her co-worker made and even gave us 2 free desserts. We didn't ask for anything, so it was really nice of her to do that. I didn't get her name, but she made the situation better, and therefore, we weren't mad about the situation. She needs a raise. She is the kind of worker that you want to keep. As for the dark-haired guy we placed our order with, you should have just let us know what was going on instead of just standing at the register. Customers should always be told what's going on. If you make a mistake, just say that! It's good customer service to just say I'm sorry, I made a mistake and gave someone else your order. I'll take care of it and bring it right out. Saying something like that makes the situation better and says that you care. This was on Friday night 12/8/2023...
Read moreI have been eating White Castle original sliders for over 50 years in both Michigan and Indiana. The stores continue to sell their special burger with the same speed & quality: cooked on minced onions with the buns being steam warmed on top of the sliders. Cheeseburger sliders are also sold along with egg, chicken, veggie, and fish sliders. The sliders are sold in quantity if you are feeding a group of people. They do not come with catsup or mustard but 2 pickle slices are standard. They certainly sell many other items. I generally just buy a Crave case (20-30 sliders) to bring home once a month as a treat for the family. Sliders make great snacks also. My cat loves the onions and will lick the burger carriers clean of onion...
Read moreMy daughter, grandson & I stopped at this location on the way home from a trip. We went in, used the bathroom & then went to the counter to order. There were only 3 people in there. One in drive-thru, one doing the Hamburgers, and one working the frier. We stood there for a good 5 minutes & decided to go through the drive-thru since it was being attended to. I believe there was one other person there, but I only know that because my daughter saw an employee in their car. We don't know if they were on break or getting ready to come in for their shift, or what.
I work at a fast food restaurant myself. I know that there wouldn't be anyone on a break while being busy, as well as employees keeping an eye out for anyone who comes to...
