Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Greenwood

I have been ordering at least 2 pizzas from this Greenwood location every 2 day for over a year now. I order the same thing and it's not been a problem until today. My order was refused and all other business was refused. The young man was rude, and accusatory. I have spoke to the general manager about special way that I need my pizza and was assured that it's not a problem. Most employees are friendly and kind but this one was over the top. I hope they take care of this problem. This young man needs to find another line of work. 9/20/23. I have to say I'm impressed with the new management of this store, I had a problem and it was addressed with kindness and compassion. I was heard and treated like a friend. They apologized and made things right again. I love domino's and I hope we can both continue to have a great relationship for years to come. Thank you...

Never had a bad experience with this store. The one time our pizza was messed up, they took it back and remade it and charged us less than was normally due (original messed up pizza had less toppings). So they came back with our correct pizza with more the more toppings and only charged us for the amount of the less toppings pizza. They’re always very nice and delivery is always faster than I ever expect it to be there. They definitely are the best in town for different kinds of pizza, customer service and friendly helpful staff. I always tip graciously when they deliver to us.

Just as I posted this, got a text the pizza was on the way. I ordered 10min ago!...

This would be 5 star except the one guy working there who took my order put down that I wanted "no cheese" when I said, "yes, just cheese". He was very difficult to understand and had a hard time understanding me. So the pizza arrived as just sauce only, literally bread and sauce, baked so the sauce was a little dry even, funny and weird. But the lady who helped me square it up after that was very good and easy to work with and they ended up making it right in the end. So, it's a good place, but if you get a guy on the phone that's hard to understand, I would recommend asking to speak with someone else because they otherwise do...
