Wendy's — Restaurant in Greenwood

Rude young workers and manager on duty at time when I visit there. He acted as if he was afraid to tell worker what to do. Cashier referred to customer as this woman, because she ask if she could put her burgers on warmer until her rest of the order get ready. I Recall the manager was name Steven. He also acted as if he wanted to be rude too with the customer. SOMETHING NEED TO BE DONE TO HIM AND THE YOUNG LADY. YES THE CUSTOMER REFERRED TO THE YOUNG LADY AS LITTLE GIRL AFTER SHE WAS REFERRED AD THIS WOMAN. BY THEN THE CUSTOMER WAS VERY UPSET WITH HER. LOBBY WAS FULL OF CUSTOMER'S AND THIS SHOULDN'T HAVE BE HANDLED THIS WAY, HE DIDN'T ADDRESS THE YOUNG LADY FOR SPEAKING TO THE CUSTOMER LIKE THAT. Doing this review on behalf of my husband, because good service should be recognized! He and some buddies had gone goose hunting and were headed home. They stopped for lunch and he said the drive-thru was packed so they went in. Every employee was working, no one on their phone or anything. They were greeted with a welcome & smile when they approached to order. They all placed their orders and the food came pretty quickly. He remarked about the cleanliness, prompt service, accuracy and food quality was all excellent! Unfortunately, this is all too rare these days! Stay away unless you have 30 to 45 minutes to wait in the drive thru. Once you enter you can not exit you get tired of waiting, the barriers in their design will not allow you to do so. Prepare for additional wait time to place order at order station, my order was not taken until the four vehicles in line at the cashier and pickup were gone.
