Bojangles — Restaurant in Greer

Service, mediocre. Food, sub-par. Luke warm to old food in my opinion. Third visit. First, good, second, I had to leave the drive-through and go inside to the right my order which is old and cold. I feel the store cook more than enough early on to avoid haven't you later. Maybe they use this method to take frequent and longer breaks. Cook the food as needed to keep it fresh & Save on cost. I have to say that I am Fair in my assessment and opinions. Where you do great I say it and where you're off, I say it. The staff member I encountered today was a bit sarcastic and didn't listen well at the drive-thru. Thankfully, I checked my order before driving off and had to have corrected. However, never ask if someone wants you to switch something out if they asked for it in the first place. Yes, I would! This would be the purpose of me ordering it this way. Last night l ordered the chicken sandwich combo and l had also gotten the breast/wing combo.The dining area was closed so l had to order in drive thru.As l ate my chicken sandwich , l realized it tasted funny and their were hard bones in my sandwich, it looked like someone had put a chicken thigh in my sandwich.l hadn't eaten all day & l just tried to just eat it anyway but it tasted horrible and my fries were bad.l called Bojangles & the supervisor told me to come back & they would replace it.l get there & she tells me it will be a 5 min wait and to pull up.l pulled up 10 mins passed by , l finally had to go back in the drive thru line and waited another 10 mins.They replaced my sandwich, wrote on the receipt that l could come back to get another meal.My stomach was hurting the rest of the night, l gave the rest of my food away.l will not order from...

Only went here because it was close by to where I was and I needed to get something quick. Ordered a 2 piece meal and asked for Mashed Potatoes and gravy and coleslaw as my sides and quickly was told they were out of coleslaw, macaroni and cheese and dirty rice. So essentially all they had left was mashed potatoes, cajun fries, bo rounds and pinto beans, basically 3 different forms of potatoes. Ended up getting the seasoned fries with the mashed potatoes. Chicken was fresh and tasted good, the potatoes were incredibly bland and lumpy, you could tell they were instant cause the lumps were like dry lumps, the seasoned fries were cold and not cooked all the way through and the biscuit was dry and lukewarm like it was made many hours ago.
