Burger King — Restaurant in Greer

Update Jan 2022 They split employees from this location to the new location and nothing changed actually got worse with LESS EMPLOYEES causing issues. And whats the big deal with giving customers FRESHLY MADE FOOD. Every time I come in to either location I ask for my food to be made fresh off the broiler/fryer. That doesnt mean give me the stuff you made 5 mins ago, I'm paying you to make my special order fresh now. Then employees get offended when you check to see if the food is fresh or tell em its not fresh. I know how long it takes to drop fresh fries or chicken/burger, and it dont add up.

The bk app is a joke. Ordering for pick up or delivery is a waste of time might as wait and order at the restaurant cause its going to be wrong cold and old and you still gotta wait for it!

This location tarnishies the franchise name. Really need to clean house with everybody because if the managers are allowing this to happen day in and day out they dont need to work there either. Dining area a mess. Parking lot a mess. Take 5-10 mins just to get someone to take your order and they have the nerve to have attiitudes about it like we made you wait. I went through the drive thru and got my food and drinks. My grandson and I had ordered sweet tea. It literally made us both GAG. $4.88 for yuck. I went back to get my money back. I ended up all but being forced to try 3-4 more iced teas which were like water that had been shown a tea bag. And immediately when I went in, with receipt, I said I want my money back, no more tea because it was so gross. I ended up almost yelling, "How many ways can I say I want this money back and NO MORE TEA?!" Finally got my money back. Went home and one large order of fries had been left out and of course everything had grown cold. We in SOUTH CAROLINA y'all??!! How can you possibly have such horrible sweet tea?! And hard headed, argumentative, apathetic employees. I had to holler to get someone up to the counter for another customer and I to begin with when trying to get the money back. Visit: 2/26- lunchtime frame. Slow inside wait, and watched staff as they were discarding drive-thru orders because they weren't taking anything but cash due to card machines being down. There was obviously no visible sign at the drive-thru speaker and they weren't reminding customers of this before the spent the time to order then wait to pay...to only find out they're only doing cash.

My original chicken combo that I waited almost 20mins for had some green slimey lettuce with brown spots and the chicken was obviously warmed up (multiple times?) had some tough breading. I only ate half the sandwich couldn't stomach the rest. The fries were reasonably salty but most were over cooked with a heavy tan/brown color scheme.

I'll have to reconsider lunch/food options before stopping...
