This is for the owner. You need to either stop online orders or accept digital verification from customers. Until then, you are just running a scam, no better than those overseas scam callers. Multiple customers, including myself, came in today with verification that they ordered and paid this Bojangles location for food. Just because the system was down or delayed they were sent away without food and expected to get their own refund through the app...like that would ever happen. I left the store but decided to come back as I was annoyed that multiple people, including an elderly lady, were just scammed out of their money. The elderly lady (who I'm sure is on a fixed income) asked how she was supposed to get a refund through the app, and she was answered with an "I don't know". I turned back to go into the store and talked to a worker who gave me the manager's number. While she was giving me the number my order finally came through (which was about a half hour after I ordered), and my order was filled (mostly, missing biscuits, but thats not the reason for the 1 star). I was told the policy was not to give food if the orders weren't confirmed through their system. However, the orders were confirmed through Bojangles website with confirmation sent to customers. That verification needs to be accepted, or the online system needs to be shutdown. ESPECIALLY since this apparently has been an issue in the past, as per the manager. Your policy as explained protects you from possibly giving away food (even with customers' verification in hand), but allows customers to have their money stolen from them. The fact that you know this and allow it to continue is absurd, and bordering on criminal. I'm sure the BBB will see this as an issue.
That being said the staff and manager were all nice and understanding, and I'm sure they are tired of being recipients of frustration caused by your...
Read moreThis experience at this bojangles was fantastic. The service was insanely slow (like waiting 20 min just to take an order) but that doesn't mean it was an awful experience. Let me explain, prepare to read. I went and visited during lunch with a long line in the drive through so I decided to go inside. With one person in front of me, he looked to have been there awhile, it seemed that I was going to be in there for a bit as well. Watching the 2 employees make all the orders, I started to wonder what was taking so long. I noticed that there were only 2 employees in the entire restaurant. The 2 employees were rushing around, during a lunch rush, not only were they running 2 service lines (drive through and front counter) but cooking food, serving and being friendly to anyone who they interacted with. These 2 were killing it today, they had a tin to do and probably didn't enjoy the afternoon but hopefully no one was rude to them because they were hustling. Note to everyone, don't go through the drive through for a giant order. Go inside. And don't get upset when people are busting their ass and performing a service for you especially when you want...
Read moreOverpriced and poor quality. Ever had a hard biscuit? Well I did today. Felt like it had been made hours ago and left under a heat lamp for way to long. Fries were chewy. Seemed like they had been made about the same time as the biscuit and then thrown back in the fryer to reheat them. Very disappointed. Staff was friendly, and it was obvious the young woman taking our order was brand new. Restrooms were clean, and clean smelling. They did need to be restocked on paper towels and soap. May give them another chance in a couple of months, but right now, there are much better/cheaper options. Can't recommend this location right now due to high prices and poor food quality. $28 for 2 people to eat lunch is ridiculous for what you get. Especially when it's at least a couple...
