Starbucks — Restaurant in Greer

When did it become so normal to argue with customers??? This has happened around 7 or 8 times now, so now we drive to a further location (who is not as good at making coffee) just to avoid the attitudes that work at the Suber Rd location. If I'm wanting to get away from work for a minute - to relax for a sec - and run by to get a whopping $7 cup of coffee, is it too much to ask that you don't argue with me when you make our drinks wrong? Frankly, we don't care when you mess up the coffees as long as you don't argue with us about it, and waste everyone's time, when you have to remake them anyway. All we want to do is come back to work with a coffee and no added stress from our trip to get them. Your paycheck is FOR providing good customer service. So, if you can't do that, and you mess up our orders a fair amount, what of your paycheck are you actually getting paid for? How much do I have to pay for a coffee to get a some kindness along with it? Talk about ruining some...

I don’t usually leave reviews . I just go on about my day but this one was Horrible. Not much to explain the pictures speak for itself . We all know what a dragon fruit coconutmilk beverage looks like My beverage was made extremely quick but 100% the wrong way. TASTE HORRIBLE.. Plus the pieces of fruit is brown and has a burnt Taste. I was not taking any chances drinking more than the 2 sips that I already took. Franchises tend to do bad cuz of employees, not the products they sell. I always get this in simpsonville location...

I’ve been going to this Starbucks every week before clinical and I have never met nicer baristas. I would sit here and study and hear rude customers come through and the baristas would give them the upmost kindness and respect regardless and fix whatever problems needed to be fixed. The store is clean and well kept and creates a peaceful environment. I cannot speak enough about these baristas. One of them even brought my food and coffee straight to me because I was sitting down.
